Excellent stay, close to nearby shopping and the Flower Market. Wonderful breakfast buffet with tons of options. Friendly staff and they even offered free drink tickets if you didn’t need your room turned down for a day. Decent location in relation to the museums.

Stayed for one night in a balcony room. The hotel is in a great location and the balcony rooms are good only bad experience was getting a room with two singles instead of a double. Worth confirming when checking in. Would stay again as is a nice hotel with good facilities.

Wonderful location next to the flower market, easy to walk everywhere we wanted to see. The breakfast was very good, the attached restaurant was ok for lunch. The staff was very helpful arranging transportation for our group of 4 couples. Our room had a fantastic view and thankfully the bells in the clock tower do not ring all night.

The property couldn’t have been more centrally located. Absolutely 10/10 for location. The first room we had was fine until 4am one day and this awful noise began coming from beneath the sink. Some sort of electrical fuse that was emitting noise. We were moved to another room that was next to the kitchen so that was fine until about 6am when they began prepping for breakfast. Aside from that- it was clean and was adequate for what Americans would expect. Staff was helpful despite the 4am move and from kitchen both responses: we are sorry about that

Nice hotel, great location, staff was very helpful. I had a nice size, top floor room with 2 balconies, windows were noise proof, pretty quiet! Restaurant on the side ok, bar closed at 10 pm. Would stay again!
