travel to airport is pretty easy - the hotel room was okay (table in particular wasn't clean had grease stains - also the bed was not comfortable at all -smelled like week a little in the foyer). Gym equipment - couple of machines were broken - you get what you pay for. but I needed an inexpensive place to sleep for 6 hours and this place was great for that

Hotel nao chega a ser excelente, mas atende bem. Quando cheguei achei ruim mas ao adentrar mudei de opinião. Confortável, limpo, recepção muito prestativa. Fica longe do Centro, mas proximo ( 10 minutos a pé) a linha e ônibus e trem. Localização em bairro residencial, muito tranquilo e gostoso. Café da manhã: esqueci de incluir na diaria. No local achei muito caro :70 euros.

This was a fairly awful stay for me. I had booked 3 nights in an air-conditioned room, however the air conditioning did not function, and the temperature outside reached 38°. When I arrived on Friday the windows to the room were open, which was certainly a bad sign, but I thought perhaps someone was just trying to air it out. I set the thermostat to cool, and went out to enjoy the city. When I returned after midnight the room was not cool at all, but was quite warm, which interfered with my sleep. I went to the front desk at 7:00 and told the receptionist, who said she was unable to do anything, please return at 9:00, the hotel had 30 rooms with air conditioning and mine was one of those rooms, there were no other rooms available because the hotel was fully booked. I had planned to be having brunch and sight-seeing before 9:00, but waited until 9:00 and went back to the desk. A technician accompanied me to my room, fiddled with the thermostat for a while and pronounced the air conditioning on, even though the air coming out of the register was not noticeably cool. I went out to spend the day in the city. When I returned the room was warm. I slept fitfully, spent Sunday in Amsterdam, and left the hotel Sunday afternoon although I had already paid for the room for Sunday night.

There is a £100 deposit that is not disclosed during the booking process; you only become aware of it after receiving the confirmation email. When we checked in, we were told that the deposit would be refunded within 2–5 days after checkout. However, after waiting more than a week, we still had not received the refund. It was only after we contacted the hotel directly that they processed and returned the deposit. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
