The hotel was wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to visit Amsterdam and didnt eant to stay in the busy city center. Public Transit makes this hotel a very good option for a quiet stay while also being close to a lot of big attractions.

The hotel is well located in front of the quieter area of Vondel Park. A privilege to hear the birds every morning. The building is renewed and with excellent maintanence. Rooms are well designed and the beds are excellent as well.

We use the hotel the last two nights in Amsterdam. The hotel is in a beautiful neighborhood, the restaurant is AMAZING! Great food and service. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful . We recommend this hotel.

Excellent place to stay. Super clean and very helpful staff. You can walk to some nice restaurants and the neighborhood is very safe and far away from the riff raff. Only negative is the rooms are small but we spent very little time in our room so that was fine. It’s Europe!

Park Plaza Vondelpark, is wonderful property. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Clean and eco-friendly. Best location, 5mins distance to tram station and can visit all major attractions in Amsterdam. Walkable distance to shop and restaurants. Get an GVB PASS while in Amsterdam.The front staff and restaurants staff nice and helpful. Enjoyed the hassle free stay at Park Plaza.

Park Plaza Vondelpark was located in a quiet area close to a large park and only a short walk from tram and bus stops. It was clean and friendly. We would stay again.

Property was in great location, very close to the park. Restaurant was very nice with lovely staff. Rooms themselves were very, very small which would be my reason for not returning

The hotel is in a great area, close to the park, which is beautiful to walk or bike around! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet and loved the tech.

Lovely little hotel, the staff is wonder and super friendly. Very small rooms but it’s good for a city break. It’s just next to the Vondelpark and so if you fancy a morning run this place is well located. Breakfast was delicious and worth the price. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived earlier and our room was already ready! We were in a hurry though since the flight had been delayed and we had timed tickets to the museum. We dropped our luggage, got the keys, and rushed to our activity. The staff that greeted was very friendly and efficient. All other staff with whom we interacted were friendly and helpful, ready to assist. Upon check out we even got a stroopwafel! Checkout was easy too. Hotel is nice, clean, quiet, and easy to walk to the museum district. I'd definitely stay again. Loved the quiet atmosphere!

Fantastic experience at Park Plaza Vondelpark. Every staff member we met was friendly, kind and helpful. The environment was clean, smelled lovely and felt modern. Being greeted with a drink on arrival was much appreciated, and the food in the bar was delicious. We really enjoyed walking through Vondelpark daily and the fact the hotel was so easy to access via tram when our feet were tired. I would highly recommend, thank you.

We (family, of 2 kid) had a fantastic stay at Amsterdam's Park Plaza Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed the hotel's decor and friendly front desk staff. Our room was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers, and a scale. Loved the details such as Elemis toiletries and soft wool throw on the bed. The hotel's convenient bike rental option allowed us to explore Amsterdam like locals. Located in a beautiful area right in front of Vondelpark, the hotel was ideally situated for a 20-minute walk to the museums and easy access to all the city's attractions. Park Plaza Hotel is an excellent choice for a relaxed and enjoyable stay in Amsterdam.

In particular, I would like to extend my gratitude to (Maria-Lenca), Radu, Santa, housekeeping Supervisor Kamilia, and the morning breakfast staff, and specially the manager who helped me with my luggages the first day check in!!! whose exceptional service contributed significantly to the overall excellence of my stay. Maria with her warm and welcoming demeanor, made the check-in process a breeze. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist set the tone for the entire visit. Lenca and Radu consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy, ensuring that any queries or requests I had were promptly addressed. Nice stay
I would have given a higher rating but the pillows were too hard and I didn’t sleep well. The area was walkable and very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The bar area was super nice and cozy but didn’t open until 3 each day.

Hotel was ok, very small, with small rooms. The restaurant did not seem to accommodate guests of the hotel with no reservation. We forgot an clothing item, called to hotel about it and they would check and call back. Never received the call back.

Reception staff helpful only disappointment was ordered room service and it took an hour to deliver some ice cream and that order was wrong. Nice room large bed with mod cons.
