There was a smell of urine and sewer gas in the bathroom. The room was very small with only one window that had no mechanism to keep it open. There were people partying late into the night. We found out we’re not boat people.

This was a first and probably last stay at a boat hotel . The room was warm and there was a good supply of fruit,biscuits and marshmallows. The room is quite small and at times you have to take turns to pass each other. The crunch point was the sky window which happened to be at the smoking/sitting area. All the person above has to do is look down to see you in all your naked glory. Not ideal at all .There was drips of water from the window.

Good location; friendly staff; clean; safe; but there was zero WiFi in the rooms and it was incredibly noisy as there were a lot of young people making a lot of noise so make sure you take earplugs!!!

Rory and Donnie were very friendly and great hosts, they provided all the necessary information and were very approachable, my only complain is the Wi-Fi, I had to come and sit in the lobby to use Wi-Fi because signals weren’t good in the cabin

Gets my Boat .
The cabin was compact and comfortable, with a fully functioning ensuite. I had hot water when i needed it . The breakfast was extensive and tasty ...really set me up for the day. The towels were too small to dry with and the rooms are not soundproofed so you are reliant on considerate guests late at night. I loved my stay and would go back

enjoyed my stay in mid September (summer would not be good because of poor ventillation). The space is small but bright and clean. Strongly recommend room with ensuite bathroom. Shared main cabin is a delight with panoramic views of harbour and a great social space for breakfast. If you need wifi, the shared main cabin is the best place with its tables and ample seating. Staff were young, polite, helpful and made our stay relaxing. Bike hire was 5 mins walk away and reasonably priced.

The property worked fine for a single night's stay near the train station but I would not have wanted to stay longer. The amenities were very basic and there were some broken / poorly maintained items in the room. It was very noisy, with doors slamming at all hours of the night. The area around the marina is lovely and it was peaceful at sunrise. Easy to walk to and from Amsterdam Centraal and friendly staff. Breakfast was also surprisingly varied.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to , no running cold water , no heater . The person in charge was drunk , waisted and telling customers not to complain about the heater , running water if you like this hotel look for another hotel .Stay away from this place !

We had a really nice one night stay. Our cabin was comfortable but it lacked adequate ventilation. During the night significant amounts of condensation collected on the roof window and then dripped on to the floor and part of the bed. The cabin ideally needs a dehumidifier or air ventilation system to prevent the build up of moisture. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was enjoyable. Great location.

We loved staying on this unique boat! This was great for a quick 2-night stay. The quarters are small (as expected) but it was not terrible. We did go during a heat streak so it did get pretty hot in the room during the day, but not unbearable. The free breakfast was lovely. My only suggestion is the boat could have benefited from a secure place to store luggage. We had to leave it unattended/visible before check in which made me a little anxious.

So unique! Fab decor and super super clean! You get what you pay for, very basic hence cheap price but the staff were great and the breakfast was lovely! Would definitely stay here again such a good experience! Location is good too!

It’s on a boat so I wasn’t surprised that the room was very small. What was a bit disappointing was that they had painted my room just hours before I stayed there. It smelled strongly of paint all night. That could be a plus for whoever stays there next however... it was very clean.

The bed was very comfortable, glad we had a shower. The sitting area upstairs was very nice and had a pleasant breakfast. Appreciated that although we arrived before our check in they allowed us to stow our bags until then so we didn’t miss out on time exploring the city

The property was a little hard to find on my GPS but w/others' help I found the right dock. However, once I got to the boat was REALLY glad some guys were there to help w/my luggage (I had 1 lg and 1 med bag) because the "plank" was thinner than I was expecting and I was having problems with the bags going up and down it. They were working on a few of the cabins but overall everything was fine and the breakfast was great. Checkin and out was very easy. The staff and others were helpful in getting my bags down to my cabin.

Staff there were very friendly and zealous to offer advice for travel tips. Breakfast was fantastic. Those who are sensitive to noise needs to be careful cuz basically you will stay in a cabin in the boat and hear everything going on the boat

We went on a busy weekend in Amsterdam so room was very expensive. Service was excellent and boat clean and breakfast nice. Spoilt but a leak of som sort in the room which mean a puddle overnight that led to half my clothes including expensive leather jacket being sodden. I advised them on departure.

Only good thing is the location and the bed. Our bathroom was covered in mould, which has now set my asthma off and the window in the bedroom leaked water in throughout the stay from the condensation as the ventilation was so poor despite our best efforts to keep everything aired in such a small space. We had to leave towels on the floor to stop the dripping from making a puddle, they give you two tiny towels for the whole stay which we had to use for the roof leaks. Breakfast was said to be between 830am-1030am, we wanted a lie in one day so went for breakfast at 10am and it was all packed away. We understood this stay would be very basic, the location was great and the staff were helpful, but the hygiene standards were so so bad in the bathroom I don’t know how it’s allowed to let guests stay there, especially when the extractor fan was not working for the shower steam, and we weren’t allowed to flush toilet paper down the loo, it had to be put in a bin with no lid and therefore the bathroom stank with no ventilation!

First of all, the breakfast is delicious. The walls are thin, so ear plugs are advised I'd you're a light sleeper. The bunks had these cute reading lights. The rooms are small, you're on a boat! But you have a private bathroom! Its also cold, but I was there in September and the windows need to be open a bit so the condensation doesn't get out of control. There is a heater but I didn't tinker with it, I just wore warmer PJs. I found the room with the queen bed with extra bunk an amazing size for one person. I never wanted to leave.The location of the boat was awesome for being a tourist. Couldn't beat the views.

Great crew and hosting
The courtesy and the hosting done by the crew was great. On the 2nd night, I had an injury ( from the city wandering outside the boat of course) and the entire crew took care of me as my family would have taken care of me. Many thanks to the Sailor/ Manager and both of her kind staff for all the support.
