The value for money of the hotel was good. It was a pleasant stay and staff was friendly. The Termas building is separate and is a bit outdated but I liked the circuit and different treatments I had there. It’s not a Spa in the conventional sense, but I was expecting that. Overall I had a very relaxing stay

Beyond plus

Isabella, Karina and Diogo where phenomenal in accommodating all my needs. The service they provided us with was like if they were friends of ours for years The same goes to all the hardworking people that work the Buffett in the mornings. Astounding service.

Gostei muito da estadia, as pessoas simpáticas e prestativas. o colchão era desconfortável e fazia uma cova. O hotel é pet friendly e isso foi decisivo para mim . Os tratamentos são ótimos

Lo primero que pagamos Habitación superior con balcón o patio y nos dieron una standar, tras reclamar en recepción (en donde nos atendieron con superioridad) nos dan otra habitación más grande (pintaba que era familiar) con las ventanas tapiadas por verjas y vegetación!!! La tv del siglo pasado, prometen que se van a ver 59 canales y solo veíamos dos y mal, las instalaciones (todas) están en estado casi de abandono, la piscina sin baldosines y con verdín, las duchas no funcionaban, los baños no funcionaban, el snak bar, cerrado. Estaba abierto el del lago y solo podías comprar, agua, zumo, refrescos y pasteles, el lago lleno de algas y mal olor; las pedaletas inservibles, los puentes del lago todos rotos, con los peligros que eso conlleva, el bosque abandonado, y el famoso edificio del café antiguo está tapiado con ladrillos, HORRIBLE, nos sentimos estafados, sobre todo porque pagamos por una habitación que no disfrutamos, los únicos que merecen buena puntuación son los camareros y el personal de limpieza. El desayuno poca variedad y poca calidad, y espero que nadie tenga intolerancias porque ni siquiera había leche sin lactosa!! Hacen publicidad engañosa!!!!

Tendo reservado 2 quartos, esperava que fossem contíguos ou pelo menos no mesmo corredor, mas não, ficaram imensamente longe um do outro; foi-me dito que não havia no mesmo corredor, então que fossem os dois mais longe mas sempre no mesmo corredor uma vez que somos pais e filhas...

Hotel com história, muito agradável, bom serviço em consonância com a classificação. Nota-se uma grande preocupação com a manutenção permanente, embora ainda com muito trabalho a realizar. Em nosso entender melhorará muito as condições quando for substituído o revestimento em alcatifa por outro mais fácil de higienizar e menos suscetível de produzir alergias...

Triste fin de vacances

L’hôtel est super vieux, le parc absolument pas entretenu, la piscine était jolie mais super froide et les alentours tout vieux, secs, pas jolis. Nous étions relégués dans deux vieilles chambres dont les lumières ne fonctionnaient pas et les toilettes faisaient un bruit épouvantable, inutilisable la nuit. Et la télévision dataient au moins des années 80 comme l'image. La piscine intérieur est en fait une piscine thermale payante et utilisable que pour les soins, de plus il faut prévoir les chaussons, le bonnet de bain, le peignoir ... toutes ces affaires que nous n'avions pas en vacances et en plus il faut réserver une heure précise car le temps est limité. Le parc qui sert de lieu de promenade n'est pas entretenu et le lac était tellement sale qu'on ne voyait pas les poissons, mais on sentait bien l'odeur. Il n'y a rien à faire dans le village car l'Hôtel est loin de tout, à part un vendeur qui vous fait son charme pour vendre son mousseux, bon soit dit en passant.

Super hôtel trois étoiles vu de l'extérieur. À l'intérieur vrai cauchemar. Moquette trouée tapis uses jusqu' à la corde dans les escaliers. Du salpêtre sur les murs fissures des couloirs. Peintures qui s'écaille et se détache des murs. Odeur de moisi dans la chambre 156. Aucune décoration et personnel non souriant. Bref un cauchemar qui s'est achevé sur repas buffet insipide. Mais pas cher 15€. Au final petit déjeuner basique type. Formule 1. Vieil hôtel qui a du être super il y a quarante ans. On a pas osé testé massage et spa, vu le cadre. Parc très grand mais pas entretenu comme le plan d'eau, pédalo etc....à oublier

Excelente sitio para umas férias relaxantes

Gostei muito da estadia, o hotel está localizado dentro do lindo parque da Curia, óptimo para passear, relaxar, andar de bicicleta, ou andar nas gaivotas no lago. As termas da Curia também valem a pena, embora as instalações necessitem amguma manutenção. O quarto do hotel era de dimensões adequadas com uma cama de casal era enorme e estava limpo. O pessoal era simpático e prestável. Como pontos negativos, o hotel em si é um edifício antigo e a precisar de manutenção, embora isso não tenha feito perder o encanto.

A nice place out of town to get away

This is an old hotel on a big piece of property. The room we stayed in was very nice and had great air conditioning (since it was really hot the day we were there, that was a plus) and good wifi. The restaurant also looks like it has been renovated, but the rest of the buildings around the hotel look like they haven't had any maintenance in the last 30 years. There is also a gym available with cardio equipment from the 80s and no air conditioning. There is tennis court but no net. The outdoor pool was being renovated while we were there. The photos on the VRBO website as well as the hotel website don't do a very good job of showing what the place is like.
