"How Expedia rated this hotel in the "luxury" category is beyond me. This is at best a 2-star hotel, as it was missing some very basic amenities, such as a coffee make and there was NO air conditioning service (not turned on until summer, I was told). All this besides the fact the hotel is very near a bad area (Termini terminal) and I was told by the staff to not go there when night falls. Expedia needs to do better."

"This hotel was a great place to stay. Close to the metro line. It was quiet and clean. The hotel staff was helpful. I travelled solo and it was great. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very professional, friendly, accommodating, and helpful—they even allowed us to check in before 3 PM, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is modern, and the room was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. It felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. There were a couple of minor downsides. The walls seemed a bit thin, as we could hear other guests talking in their room. Our room was on the first floor, and the internet was slow and would often disconnect. In terms of location, it’s not right in the city center, but there is a bus stop close to the hotel, making it easy to get to the city center and historical sites. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. "

Could open the windows but was worst. Close to four train tracks running continuously 24/7 Sweating all night…,,,,,, Order bath with shower, received one wit jacuzzi only. Safety concern for seniors……………… I would not recommend this hotel Should be labeled false advertisement "
