Enjoyable stay

The house was very clean. We had plenty of room for everyone. The area felt very safe and was quiet. We went to Disney day and it was perfect because it was only 10 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful house… Awesome management group

This house is literally four minutes from Disneyland! It’s in a really nice neighborhood, and the house itself was great! Beautiful swimming, pool in the backyard and a hot tub! We had a medical issue with one of our children and management group did everything I could to help us out. They were easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and worked their tails off to help us! Highly recommend this house to anybody.

Anaheim House

The house is really nice. Clean and lots of special amenities like child and infant pack n play, bunk beds, strollers, games for kids and adults, pool, large dining area, plush bath towels, and lots more. Very comfortable and spacious and in a great neighborhood. Close to Disneyland too. We'd definitely stay here again.

Rooms were fine. Pool alarm was broken, alarm would go off every time we had to go outside, this happened a lot since we were trying to barbecue outside.didn't work so the food got overcooked

This home was very comfortable, clean, and close to every thing! The pool and hot tub were clean! There were a lot of rules, but it kept everyone order! Linens well supplied! Appliances worked! The neighborhood is very quiet at night.

The house is a great size to relax and has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to hold multiple guests. It was too cold out to use the heated pool, but the hot tub was nice and hot. The area seemed safe and was a 10-minute ride to the convention center.

Family trip

House was as advertised. Clean and large enough for our family of 11. Kitchen was stocked with many small appliances, pans and dishes. Wish it would have been stocked with more cooking essentials like oil, cooking spray, salt and pepper, more than one hot pad. Outside was great, pool and hot tub were wonderful after long days of walking in the parks.

Regulations

The house was nice and in a nice neighborhood, but too many rules and regulations for us. Having to push a button to go in and out of the patio door every single time or else an alarm went off, was frustrating. No music allowed during the day to be played around the pool was odd to us. Couldn’t go in jacuzzi or game room after 10 pm was also too strict for us. Backyard was all pool so not much space to do anything in. I appreciated the late check out and staff were helpful. A 12 page agreement was over the top to us, never experienced that before. We usually deal with super hosts so maybe an agency is more complex.

Pros: Size (plenty of space for our group of 9 with 3 adults and 6 kids from 2-16), cleanliness, amenities, responsiveness (swapped out the clothes washer on the same day as it wasn’t working), security measures for the door to pool (alarm and lockout), location (minutes from Disney) Cons: - Lengthy, repetitive contract required. - Communication wasn’t clear as multiple people responded in VRBO portal and claimed to not be able to see the full conversation. - Communication also confusing as it came from the VRBO portal, email, and text depending on who was responding or what was conveyed. - Community imposed rules regarding quiet hours (I realize this isn’t the VRBO owner’s fault, but still disappointing to not be able to relax in the hot tub after toddlers were asleep or after an exhausting day at Disney or the beach), neighborhood felt safe Overall, it was a great stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks for everything.

Beautiful outdoor area!

The perfect location for a group of adults! Everyone had their own space, there was a great kitchen and living room area that we could all relax and be together without having to sit on the floor. The pool area is small but beautiful. We did not have any issues with the few leaves that were in the pool, it is a natural consequences for have all of the lush and gorgeous plants in the space. I know there were several reviews that mentioned that the signs posted through the home were offensive. I found the few that were posted to be tasteful and well placed to help avoid any issues or penalties. We really enjoyed the space, and for the 5 of us it was cheaper to uber back and forth to Disneyland than to rent a car and pay for parking. It was far less stressful than when we have rented a car. We did go back and forth to Disney 2 times per day. Thank you for sharing your home.

I would 110% come back to this vrbo when I come back to California.

My girlfriends and I came for a Disney bachelorette. The location was good, easy to get to and from Disney and another locations in south California. The house was clean, I didn’t find anything that I felt was missed by the cleaners. The dryer wasn’t working when we got there but property manager on call, was amazing and got someone out the next day even though it was a Sunday. I read previous reviews about people getting complaints from the neighbour's about noise. This was a huge concern for me as a few of my girlfriends are loud talkers. We would spend most night in the hot tub till the 10 pm no noise rule. We didn’t get any complaints for noise even with a few friends talking a bit too loud in my option. If you don’t mind, the no noise past 10 rule from Anaheim, this is the property you should book.

Great Location

Great location for Parks, Beaches, Hollywood. Plenty of space in the house. City of Anaheim rules are pretty ridiculous as far as noise ordinance. We did not hang around the house during the daytime and by the time we got back we went straight to bed so it was not a big deal to us that we could not use the hot tub after 10pm. (our bodies were on EST anyway) I am ok with quite hours, but it's usually before 7am and after 11pm. After 8 and before 10 was overkill. This is not a reflection on the property, but a heads up if you have small children. Most of us were adults and I had to remind everyone to be quite when we were leaving early for the parks. These are city rules not VRBO rules. The home had everything you need for your stay. We would rent here again.

Great communucation before and during the trip. Instructions were easy and accessible. Clean house. Stocked kitchen with appliances. Location was great. Only downside were the soft matresses, but it didnt keep us up. Would definitely stay here again.
