「great communication; great host」

「Eh. The property was definitely not exquisite. It was mostly good but these things made it less than ideal: there was always a “gardener” in the backyard each day making it unusable (and we didn’t get any notification that there’d be someone on the property every day), the trundle bed couldn’t be pulled out and there was a crib in the same room making it super tight, water pressure in the showers was real low, the AC didn’t keep the temp consistent and the working fridge was in the living room.」

「Really great place to stay for a group of friends who came for Disneyland! Beds were comfy, wish we got to spend some more time using the cool game room but we were at the parks from open to close. Kevin is a very communicative host!」

「Superhost indeed! We had an issue with the front door code late at night and were hesitant to call the host because of the hour. To our surprise, he answered after just one ring and immediately helped us resolve the problem. Within minutes, we were able to get into the house. Excellent communication, quick response, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!」

「Pleasant updated home in a nice neighborhood. Host(s) very accommodating.」

「We had a great experience with our family for disneyland trip. Highly recommend for large groups. Definitely would book again.」

The host was very responsive and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was not up to our cleanliness standards. The bathroom next to the king size bedroom had brown dirt caked along the baseboards, mold in the grout of the tile, and grime in the sliding door grate. The...

「The house was nice for our family but I had to contact the host for face towels. I was told they were being phased out. She showed up with some so I appreciated that. The house needs to get touch up paint on the doorways and cabinet in bathrooms it appears to be dirty but it’s just needs touch up paint. They need to clean better they was built up dirty in all the corners of every room but the kitchen. The ice machine didn’t work and one of the bedroom had a warped bed and non working fan. I...
