「Very clean apartment in a very nice area of Kauai. It was a little far away from some activities but close nice beaches. There were beach item available for use which made the visit great. It was a little difficult to find in the dark, the host provided good instructions. The apartment was missing some items that had been in the listing, the host was responsive and helpful in mitigating the issue satisfactorily. Overall a nice clean apartment in a nice area.」

Host responded quickly to every (too many?) questions including last minute questions about parking and WiFi. This was a small space, but perfect for two grandparents and the grandchild. 「Great location for golf, dining options access to Hanalei beach. Nice property host. MAKE SURE your condo comes with a "numbered" parking space near the unit. Mine came with a parking "permit" which are issued to guests of condo owners. Unfortunately, "Permitted" spaces stayed occupied with unpermitted vehicles - and the problem is not monitored. Parking lots are small for each building and we ended up having to park 3 to 5 lots further down the road every night because all the "Permitted"...

「This was a perfect place to land each day after hiking the Napali coast and snorkeling in the warm, clear waters of Anini Beach and Hideways Beach. The condo had exactly what I needed: a comfortable bed on the main floor, kitchen to prepare healthy meals, reliable Wi-Fi and walking paths to everything from the Princeville Farmer’s Market and Hideaway beach. Highly recommend purchasing the fresh catch of the day at the fish market in Hanalei. Same fish market has THE best sushi rolls. SO many...

「We stayed 3 nights in this Princeville condo in April; it was clean, very quiet, comfortable bed, kitchenette with all we needed, washer/dryer very handy. Excellent directions in email made accessing the keys and moving in a breeze! Great location within 10 minutes of both Hanalei and Kilauea restaurants and shops, and close to shuttle to Napali coast. Highly recommend!」

「This is an adequate place to stay. The room is small and there is no ability to cook other than the microwave. There is a refrigerator but no freezer. The bathtub took a long time to drain after use. But....it is close to the beach and a nice ABC store and it is ideally located to explore the island.」

「This property needs some updating. The window air conditioners were very noisy, especially at night. There was some need to fix molding in the house and just make it feel cleaner. The cleaning was done but the facility is older. Using the patio door to get outside was difficult.」

We elected to stay 3 days down south and the other 3 days at the Hanalei Resort. We luckily selected a lovely condo with gorgeous mountain views! We had everything we needed to make our 3 days on the north shore spectacular - and they were. I’m glad we split our time and got a little bit of both worlds. 「Joe and Melody have an amazing home that is perfect for large groups. I brought 6 couples, 2 single friends, 4 teenagers, and 2 toddlers. There is plenty of room for everyone. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. We especially liked the beach that is mostly visited by locals! They were friendly, helpful, and gracious. I highly recommend this house!」
