Very customer savvy staff--do all they can to accommodate their guests. Clean rooms, great lobby and the food in restaurants was good. Oh and it was quiet! What more could a traveler ask for?

There are many homeless people in front of the hotel, and it feels unsafe to go out alone. Of course, the restaurants and shopping nearby are very convenient, which is the only advantage.

Everyhting was good but backdoor entrance didnt work and called front desk to let us in from the back and they said yes but nothing and also towels there were only two hand towels also the tv didnt work but other then that clean and quiet and nice place to stay at.
