“The treehouse was fun and very clean and our check-in instructions were easy to follow. The downsides were that we stayed in the winter and because it’s a treehouse it was pretty cold on the bottom level away from the heater. The top level that had the bedroom was plenty warm. It is also a farm so roosters do crow at 5:30am, so sleeping in may or may not be an option! Also, the ranch cart does not work too well in cold conditions so you may have to walk a bit in the cold. “Worst short-term rental experience. Cheap Dollar store sheets and towels, horrible beds, nothing felt properly cleaned, there was a weird smell that was covered up by a bunch of plug in air fresheners. Kitchen was poorly stocked, no dishwasher soap, washer and dryer from the 80’s and dryer made loud squeaking noise. The hosts number was disconnected, toilet clogged and spent hours on the phone with VRBO, and they eventually reached her after several attempts. Had to buy a plunger because there……

“We felt right at home. The host was very occomodating with all our needs and the location was great. We really enjoyed our time at this house and would stay again when we are in the area.”

“Snow and ice was not cleared from the driveway/walkways creating a safety hazard. They require you to keep the thermostat at 70 rather than being able to adjust it to your comfort level. The kid room has lamp fixtures at the head of the bed. They are placed in a manner that the kids would’ve easily hit their head on them if the rolled over towards the wall in the middle of the night.”

“These accommodations were unique, easily accessible and quiet. I would recommend staying for a couples get away or if you need a single night away. Mini bar was a nice address although I did not use these items. Everything was very clean and well maintained.”
