Logement avec des finitions Ă  revoir pour ce prix
 Piscine avec des margelles qui ne tiennent pas, spot de piscine qui bouge et flottait un jour, douche extĂ©rieure cassĂ©e. La piscine a Ă©tĂ© inaccessible les 3 derniers jours car elle Ă©tait devenue verte mais nous avons reçu un geste commercial. Pour l’intĂ©rieure, des lambris de plafond mal fixĂ©s, le panneau de finition du lave vaisselle dĂ©crochĂ©, les tiroirs un peu bordĂ©liques, la douche du plafond fuite, l’eau passe sous le bac de douche car ce n’est pas fini, interrupteur et prises de la sdb sont mal fixĂ©s, accĂšs au parking (jardin) compliquĂ© vu l’espace dispo!Bref pas mal de petits dĂ©tails qui n’ont pas endommagĂ©s nos vacances mais Ă  revoir pour ce prix. Sinon Sophie qui n’est pas la propriĂ©taire mais la conciergerie en charge la location est trĂšs gentille , rĂ©active et claire. Elle a gĂ©rĂ© au mieux le problĂšme de piscine. Seul bĂ©mol, nous n’avons rencontrĂ© personne pour discuter de ces diffĂ©rents points au dĂ©but ou la fin du sĂ©jour. Merci pour votre rĂ©activitĂ© Ă  mes diffĂ©rents messages. DĂ©solĂ© pour l’avis un peu nĂ©gatif que je laisse mais je trouve vraiment que la maison a Ă©tĂ© vite rĂ©novĂ©e pour la louer et faire payer un prix plus Ă©levĂ© avec la piscine. Je suis gestionnaire de chantier dans la construction de maison et certainement que mon oeil s’arrĂȘte vite sur la qualitĂ© de la construction. Vous n’ĂȘtes en rien responsable vu que vous ĂȘtes la conciergerie mais cela fera peut-ĂȘtre rĂ©agir le propriĂ©taire
 C’est dommage que nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion d’en discuter avant notre dĂ©part.

a maison est bien située, calme nous y étions au mois de septembre. Le nettoyage de la piscine inexistant pdt une semaine la douche autant en extérieur qu'a l'intérieur de la maison n'était vraiment pas optimum dehors elle ne fonctionnait pas du tout dans la salle de bain il manquait une partie des robinets ce sont des choses qui avaient été signalées depuis plusieurs mois auparavant.

Le logement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, vous pouvez faire Ă©normĂ©ment de choses Ă  vĂ©lo ou a pied depuis le quartier. Il est assez grand pour une famille de 4 personnes et les extĂ©rieurs ainsi que la piscine sont de gros atouts. Bien qu’en dĂ©but de saison, nous avons remarquĂ© que le mĂ©nage de printemps avait Ă©tĂ© fait un peu Ă  la lĂ©gĂšre mais cela ne dĂ©pend pas de la conciergerie qui gĂšre le logement mais des propriĂ©taires. Sinon Sophie et son Ă©quipe son au top, super rĂ©actif et trĂšs disponible, vous pouvez leur faire confiance.

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans la maison des Lauriers idĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  Andernos les Bains, avec un terrain clos et une piscine chauffĂ©e. Le mĂ©nage de printemps aurait pu ĂȘtre un peu mieux fait, mais ça la conciergerie n’y est pour rien car ne rentre pas dans leurs prestations. Sinon l’accueil et la disponibilitĂ© de la conciergerie est au top. Bonne continuation Ă  eux.

Wir waren das erste Mal an der franz. AtlantikkĂŒste und wir waren begeistert. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen erfĂŒllt, wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die 56 mÂČ wurden optimal ausgenutzt und da man sich eh meist draußen aufhĂ€lt, kommt man 2 Wochen auch mit weniger FlĂ€che zurecht. Hervorragend war der große Pool, der auch immer angenehme 27 Grad warm war, was gerade vormittags nach den kĂŒhlen NĂ€chten super war. Die Lage innerhalb von Andernos ist super, der Fahrradweg ist ca. 200 m entfernt, zum BĂ€cker sind es mit dem Rad ca. 5 min, in die Stadt ca. 10 min. Wir hatten uns fĂŒr kleines Geld fĂŒr eine Woche FahrrĂ€der in der NĂ€he geliehen. Zum Strand sind es ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß/mit dem Rad. Wir sind allerdings immer direkt an den Atlantik nach Lege zum Strand Le Grand Crohot gefahren. Ein Traum fĂŒr alle die, die Wellen und Brandung lieben. Dorthin fĂ€hrt man mit dem Auto ca. 20-25 min. Das einzige Manko, aber dafĂŒr kann natĂŒrlich das Haus nichts war, dass es im Haus sehr viele Spinnen gab und wir uns beim FrĂŒhstĂŒcken und beim Abendessen auf der Terrasse die Tigermoskitos vom Leib halten mussten. Der Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung war sehr gut, sowohl Check-In als auch Check-Out haben problemlos geklappt. Alles in allem können wir das Ferienhaus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

TrÚs bon contact avec la conciergerie. Lits faits à l arrivée trÚs appréciables. Petit bémol j avais demandé avant de réserver si la piscine était chauffée, réponse des propriétaires oui. Nous arrivons prendre notre location Sophie nous dit l eau est froide. Cette location je l'ai prise pour faire plaisir à mes enfants car ils voulaient une piscine chauffée. Le prix de la location comprenait cette prestation dont nous n avons pas pu bénéficier. La prochaine fois je demanderai "est ce que l eau de la piscine est chaude ?". Dommage car la location est bien située et au calme. N Gabriel
