The rooms were cleaner than expected. The bathroom could have used a deep cleaning as there was visible dirt and grime on the ground. The curtain to the outside was also broken so it was hard to maintain full privacy.

The building is a bit run down on the outside. The room was basic, but clean. I felt it was a bit expensive for what it was.

Decent if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. Breakfast wasn’t bad, just limited options. Room was fairly clean (didn’t look like it had been mopped) . But sheets/blankets/towels were super clean!

Pretty dumpy place. I"m not picky, but it wasn't even clean. Hair in the shower. Grime everywhere that wasn't heavily traveled. There had obviously not been a serious cleaning in many months in our room. Breakfast was among the worst I've ever had at a hotel. Def not worth the price even though it's more modestly priced than most other area hotels. Sadly disappointed.

My stay started out poorly. Unbeknownst to me, they were charging a $150 deposit upon arrival to ensure the room isn't damaged (college town I suppose). Reluctantly I paid it. They gave me the room key, and the electronic lock on the door was inoperative. After stating my displeasure, they refunded the $150 deposit and gave me another room which was satisfactory. By the condition of the place it looks as though they rent rooms by the hour if you catch my drift. I won't be returning.

The property was certainly not what the pictures portrayed. The location is questionable and we did not feel safe. The room smelt of smoke and we immediately went to front desk. Upon our conversation with the staff we decided it would be best to check out. I messaged Expedia as instructed by the property in regards to a refund and within minutes was told that the hotel denied the claim and will not issue the refund. Terrible experience and disappointed that no type of refund was offered.

Staff was very nice and accommodating, we moved rooms from the back to the front due to noise, the 2nd room we were in the bath tub and sink took forever to drain so you were standing in a puddle the whole time you showered.

We stayed here for the Morgan Wallen concert and it was so wonderful. The sweet lady at the front desk went ahead and let us check-in and get our room key prior to us going to the concert. So we were able to just get in our room afterwards with no issues. And the room was perfectly clean. Check out was a breeze also. So close to the stadium and easy to get to.

Friendly staff, close to grocery, fast food, bank etc. close to lake keowee. Could have been cleaner, our feet were dirty just walking on the floor barefoot and trying to wipe water off the floor after coming in from the pool turned the towel brown, so the floors were definitely not getting mopped between guests. We were on ground level and came out after dark and the amount of spiders and spiderwebs kept us from walking out there the following night 😆 someone needs to take a broom around. But overall it was a reasonable price and place to stay. If it was cleaned/better maintained I wouldn't have had anything negative to say.
