“Upon opening the door, we were greeted by a warm, sunny living room with breath taking views of the mountains. The recliners and the propane fireplace offered a cozy space to read, visit, or just enjoy the view. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of fluffy white towels. The kitchen was well appointed right down to the martini shaker. The attention to every detail was so appreciated and made for a memorable stay. Thank you for sharing your special place.”

“Great view of the lake. Place was clean and spacious. Everything was in nice condition. We brought our own bedding with us, but did not need it. The supplied bedding was of adequate quality unlike so many other places we have stayed. ”

“Communication for check in was great. Home was very well equipped. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Our sleeping space was roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the large and open living area. “House has beautiful views , plenty of beds and everything you need from glasses to pots, pans, etc. all the little touches like digital lights, fans and fireplace make it a great property. At dusk a fifteen minute tide up 17 almost guarantees moose sightings. Kids had a blast in the game room. Master bedroom with couch , loveseat and tv is the perfect parent escape at night . Would highly recommend this property ”

“Your property is beautiful. & private. views from the dock awsome . very quiet spot on the lake .very compatable with ROCKWOOD ON MOOSEHEAD LAKE MAINE but half the traveltime from southern N.H..CRYSTAL CLEAR WATER AREA IS VERY RELAXING.just a beautiful spot we were a family of 7 2 dogs brought the boat enjoyed tubing.fishing.& boating also enjoyed the resident eagles.ducks.& loons & fish .”

“As soon as we walked through the first floor we realized we needed to come back again and started planning. Our Girl Scout Troop made this our end of the year overnight adventure and we have to stay much longer next time! Kids and adults were mesmerized from the beginning and we had an absolute blast. The hot tub was glorious and the accommodations were fabulous and extremely thoughtful in every way. Anything you might have forgotten to bring was available and easy to find. Kitchen was well……

“This was a beautiful place to stay! Loved it. The outside is SOOOO freaking cute...the inside too, but the allure of the outside is amazing. It snowed a lot while we were there, the final stretch of snow we will see until Fall being from Ohio. This place had everything we needed, wouldn't have even wished for anything else! LOVELY!”

“We really enjoyed our long weekend at the cabin. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and utensils, and the gas fireplace was cozy. Dock was a gorgeous spot for a late affernoon drink! Only consideration is bedrooms are tight and wouldn’t be good for those with mobility issues. Only suggestion to the hosts would be extra hand/dish soap (we used both sparingly since they weee nearly out and didn’t find others in the cupboards). Otherwise appreciated the hosts responsiveness. Recommend!”

“We had a wonderful time in spite of gray skies and rain. The cabin was cozy and we loved hearing the ducks in the morning and the loon in the evening. Even had a family of deer with 2 fawns in the yard eating apples. Being right on the water was great for relaxing and enjoying the quiet which was what I needed! Walked into town in between rain showers, ate a lot of good food and ice cream! Would definitely come back again!”
