「Nice room, clean, and safe.」

「They've done a nice job modernizing the rooms, central location cannot be beat and fair pricing. It didn't hurt GF and I were the only people in the building, including staff during our one-night stay... LOL」

「We loved staying at Tom’s cottage. It was cozy and warm and had everything we needed. Tom is a great host, enjoyed chatting with him. We will definitely rent here again!!」

「We stayed here for the Sugarloaf marathon. It was great, 5 minutes to the start line. The condo is spacious and has everything you need to make it a great home. There is a convenience store at the base of the ski mountain, two minutes drive that is opened till 8 pm and has a great selection of food.」

「Family with 2 kids (5 and 7). Spot was great right by the midpoint on snubber. Across the street from the fitness center w a pool and indoor hot tubs ($15 pp charge). Exactly as specified in the listing- very basic and met all of our needs for a place to crash and recharge!」

「The property was a lovely space! We needed a one night stay in the Farmington area, and this place was perfect. The home was welcoming and clean, and the owner provided just about everything you need (towels, coffee maker, bedding, wine glasses, etc). We awoke in the morning to 9 deer outside in the field! Thank you so much for the quiet and relaxing stay!」

「Was beautiful and quiet. Perfect for a gathering. BUT hot tub overheated once and was 111 (WAY too hot to get into), and it kept tripping the breaker so had to keep resetting it. Also departing conditions says to put trash in dumpster. Couldn’t find a dumpster anywhere on the property or road, ended up having to bring it home in a car. But over all was a great place to stay. May go back again with family. Was beautiful and just want 6 mommas needed for a Mother’s Day weekend get away. 」

「The room was open and nice and clean. Bob & Yvonne answered my questions. The location right on the river was amazing and the amenities were on point. It was a great place to stay.」

「We had a great time! But as my Son arrived to the cabin. The code that was given to us did not work. It was pouring rain that day. And he had to drive down the road to get service to call someone. Please make sure for future guests that the code given to them works.」

「We went to New Vinyard to view the total eclipse. Chip and Kathy, our hosts were wonderful and warm. The house was perfect for the four of us. We rode around to other towns in the area, up the mountain, and across a famed wire bridge that bounces when you put on the brakes. Our nephew and three others came up to sit outside with us to view the eclipse. We all had an amazing time. The little village store was great for pizza and incidentals. By being in New Vinyard, we avoided the huge traffic...
