Boasting astonishing views and just a short walk from the banks of the River Test, this lovely cottage makes for the perfect countryside retreat.. Ground Floor:

Kitchen/dining room: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Washing Machine

First Floor:

Open plan living space.

Living area: 32" Smart TV

Bedroom area: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Patio and decked area with garden furniture. Landscaped and natural grounds (shared with owner). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 8 steps and steep banks in the grounds.. Looking for a trip to the countryside with easy access to postcard villages, fishing beats and countryside walks? With simply breathtaking views across the Test Valley, River Test View is hard to beat for a relaxing weekend away. Bring your dog, rod or picnic provisions and enjoy the best Hampshire has to offer.



Look forward to stylish interior design and the very latest in modern conveniences offering a cosy and relaxing stay. With walks right from the garden into the delightful and famous fishing village of Wherwell you are in a private spot yet with easy access to all you will need.



The property has a private garden and decked area at the rear. Get ready to sit back and enjoy the tremendous views with a glass of something bubbly. The natural and landscaped grounds are shared with the owner and there is easy access to a walkway down to the village with its lovely pub or the famous hiking trail The Test Way which runs alongside the property. Dogs are welcome and are sure to love their holiday as well.

Dogs not allowed upstairs - a 'dog stopper' is in the property to put on the bottom step. The grounds are shared with the owners of the main house.
