Medium price, good value

Quiet and nice, except for the diesel generator, which starts when the battery of the building is low. The building is not connected to the electricity grid. It runs for four hours, but you get used to it… Use the upper bathroom for warm showers. Small car a plus as the way up to the house is narrow. The pool is good for cooling down, less so for swimming (except for small kids who can swim…).

Gesamteindruck: sehr gut. Pool prima, nicht zu groß, aber völlig ausreichend.Haus sehr schön gemacht und gut ausgestattet, gut Gesamtzustand.Gastgeber: nachdem wir gemeldet hatten, das es kein warmes Wasser gibt, reagierte er sehr schnell und nach wenigen Stunden war alles in Ordnung gebracht.Der einzige Kritikpunkt betrifft die Sauberkeit der Dusche im unteren Bad: Ansätze von Schimmel und Duschtasse unter der Schiebetür sehr dreckig.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Idyllisch gelegenes Anwesen

Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt, man kann wunderbar Entschleunigen. Das Haus ist ganz ok. Prima Betten, Bäder auch gut. Die Küche läßt leider etwas zu Wünschen übrig. Da ist Improvitationstalent erforderlich. Trotzdem würden wir gerne wieder kommen, schon wegen dem tollen Pool. Danke nochmal an den sehr netten Vermieter :-)

Fantastic place to stay with all you need for a perfect holiday house. We loved the quiet and peaceful setting, it was really great place to relax. The house is located off a very narrow road so a small hire car is a good recommendation. But you are close enough to all major amenities so you don't feel cut off at all. We would highly recommend and would have no hesitation to return in the future.

beautiful and clean

The house is beautiful and clean. The garden is huge, more than enough space for four people. It's a very quit, peaceful place not far from restaurants, the harbor and the very beautiful city Andratx. Its necessary to have a car ideally a small one because the path to the house is a little narrow. The pool was my highlight. Everything is very new and clean. I totally recommend this house for people who wants to stay in a quit place but also don't want to be far away from 'everything else'. :)

this place is great, very private and secluded, the pool is great and you are only a small drive from really nice beaches and towns. we went with two little kids and they loved it there, walking in the woods, playing with insects and watching the lizards. house was clean and plenty of outdoor space. highly recommend.

I would recommend this place to everyone.

This house in the hills is very nice and exactly like seen on the pictures. With car you can reach the supermarkets and beaches in short time and the deep pool was nice for swimming aswell. The road towards the house is one-laned and its easier to drive on if you have a smaller car. The towns around this house are full of nice restaurants and shops. All in all it was a very nice trip and i would recommend this place to everyone.

Finca-Urlaub auf Can Capet

Insgesamt hat uns die Woche in dieser Finca gut gefallen. Wir waren zu viert und für diese Personenzahl reicht die Finca platzmäßig sehr gut aus. Es war sauber und ordentlich, allerdings waren die Polster und auch die Liegen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr ganz so rein, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht. Die Bäder waren aber sehr sauber und gut - das Problem war nur die Wasserzuführung. Wenn unten jemand geduscht hat, hatte ein weiterer in der Dusche im OG auf einmal kein Wasser mehr. Vom Pool waren wir mehr als begeistert und haben ihn in dieser Woche auch sehr viel genutzt. Eine herrliche Abkühlung bei den heißen Temperaturen. Leider war auch der in der Ausstattung angegebene Sonnenschirm nicht vorhanden, den wir in der prallen Sonne wirklich dringend benötigt hätten. So haben wir dann aus einem Souvenirshop einen gekauft. Die Grillecke hat uns super gut gefallen, ein hervorragendes Grillrost, welches sich wunderbar immer reinigen ließ sowie eine gemütliche, dazu passende Sitzecke. In der Küche hatten wir einen Gasherd/-ofen, wodurch sich die Speisen sehr sehr gut zubereiten ließen. Wir haben leider den in der Beschreibung zur Ausstattung angegebenen Wasserkocher nicht vorgefunden und dann haben uns leider auch die Ameisen ein bisschen genervt. Auf der Arbeitsplatte krabbelten immer ganz viele kleine Ameisen herum, die wir entfernen mussten. Das war leider ein großes Manko in der Küche. Des Weiteren fehlten leider Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, welche ebenfalls in der Beschreibung mit angegeben, aber physisch dann leider doch nicht vorhanden waren. Als wir am dritten Tag mal unsere Duschhandtücher waschen wollten in der Waschmaschine (Waschmittel war keins vorhanden, wir hatten aber unser eigenes mitgenommen), war diese defekt und wurde zwei Tage später ausgetauscht vom Hausverwalter. Der kümmerte sich wirklich gut um Alles. Die Finca verfügte über freies W-Lan, das auch sehr gut funktionierte - immerhin liegt die Finca in den Bergen von Andratx. Die Außenanlage war auch sehr hübsch und top gepflegt, zumal wir völlig ungestört unseren Urlaub genießen konnten. Zu allen Seiten war die Finca abgeriegelt und der einzige Zugang erfolgte nur über ein elektronisches Eingangstor, welches wir immer mit einer Fernbedienung öffnen konnten. Das heißt, es hätte auch niemand Ungebetenes auf der Matte stehen können. Die Betten waren etwas unbequem, aber es ging. Dafür hatte jedes Schlafzimmer einen Ventilator.
