Beautiful setting

Clean, comfortable house with nice touches, like blankets, books, well stocked kitchen. Amazing view from the patio and comfortable outdoor furniture. Definitely recommend!

Rustic bliss ..

A wonderful reception from the owner. Great to have air conditioning in the property. Abundance of sheets and towels. Well stocked kitchen. Fabulous views. Well positioned for exploring the west of the island, and straightforward to access Palma too. Would not hesitate to return.

Rustic house

We rented the house for 5 days, it is in a quiet location with a beautiful view of S'Aracco. The contactless handover worked well. The house is rustic and somewhat spartanly furnished, but it was clean, the beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there. The broken shower tray could easily be replaced, however. Unfortunately there was no pool, which we missed in the summer heat. But we knew that. Thank you for the short, pleasant stay.

Nettes Ferienhäuschen

Nettes Ferienhäuschen in S‘Arraco, in der Nähe von Andratx und Port Andratx. Das Haus ist sehr nett, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Betten und Matratzen sind bequem und man hat genug Stauraum für Kleidung und Gepäck. Das Bad im EG ist allerdings super klein und das 2. Bad immObergeschoss nur durch das Schlafzimmer erreichbar.

Zu sechst Optimal😉🐝

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Großzügige Zimmer mit viel Stauraum. Es handelt sich nicht um ein Einzel- sondern Doppelhaus mit einer direkten Verkehrsstraße vor und hinter dem Haus. Viele alte Ikeamöbel im In- und Outdoorbereich.

Wunderbar

Ein sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in traumhafter Lage. Die Terrasse mit Blick über den Ort und auf die Berge ist phänomenal. Geradezu ideal für einen ruhigen Urlaub und als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen der Westküste und des Tramuntana-Gebirges.

Haus mit Aussicht

Ein toller Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Die grandiose Aussicht in das Tal von S‘Arracó hat uns stets stark beeindruckt, und die starke, nachmittägliche Besonnung Hochsommerfeeling in den langen deutschen Winter gebracht. Auch das Innere des Hauses ist ansprechend geschmackvoll. Die Straße (Serpentine) um das Haus herum hat uns nicht gestört. Haben wir kaum wahrgenommen. Alles prima.

Authentisches Haus mit wunderbaren Ausblick

A gem above a tranquil town, stunning view - a 2 Month Review.

We stayed here for 2 Months through October and November. Xisco's home comes highly recommended - it's a perfect humble place to stay, everything functions well. we didn't tire of watching the sun drop perfectly in view of the front of the house each day. we enjoyed local strolls through the back roads to the village. The Location in my opinion is hard to beat in Mallorca. a 30 min drive to Palma centre. 10/20 mins to beautiful beaches or nooks near Sant Elm, Cala Blanca and Cala Fornells were all on our weekly hit list. But head north and the beautiful Coast road is a dramatic and wonderful drive - find a nook on the slipway in Banyalbufar, Estellences, or Lunch in Valdamossa. Admittedly most days required a drive, but parking was never a problem for us. let's address the elephant in the room - the house IS situated on a U bend - but it's a fairly quiet back road, and other than the occasional motorbike, the daily quad bike tour, and the bin men collecting before dawn has broken, we found it be perfectly peaceful. The house had all we needed and more. It felt safe and secure. Xisco is an exemplary host - very quick to respond to the few small issues we did have during our extended stay. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again, or to recommend this place to my friends.

Es un alojamiento tranquilo a las afueras de S'Arracó, cerca por carretera de Sant Telm y Andratx. Casa con bonitas vistas del pueblo de S'Arracó, con amplias habitaciones con aire acondicionado y potente Wiffi. Cocina equipada y amplio baño con ducha. Parking asegurado enfrente de la casa. Muy limpio todo y en perfecto estado. Hemos pasado unos días geniales en un lugar que nos ha hecho sentir mejor que en casa. Muy recomendable,

Vacances idylliques

La maison de Xisco est exactement comme sur les photos, rustique mais décorée avec beaucoup de goût et avec tout le nécessaire pour le confort, équipement cuisine, literie, tout est la! La vue sur la vallée est magnifique depuis la terrasse du petit jardin, et la proximité de la route n’est pas gênante car elle est très peu passante.

Ein Wohlfühlort!

Das Haus am Hang entsprach genau den Fotos und wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Besonders gut hat uns die Terrasse mit dem weitläufigen Blick über das Tal gefallen. Dort haben wir viele Stunden verbracht. Auch alle Fenster des Hauses gehen in diese Richtung und man hat immer diesen wunderschönen Ausblick. Das Haus war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und sauber. Der kleine Supermarkt in s Arracco war fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Einzig und allein die Straße, die direkt am Haus vorbeiführt, ist ein kleiner Minuspunkt. Allerdings war diese wenig befahren und hat uns deshalb nicht weiter gestört.
