Just stayed 4 nights and had a really positive experience. The room was very clean, the staff was super friendly, the price was great, and there are two 24 hour gas stations with a moderate variety next door; I will definitely be back when in Andrews. The only minor setback was that the laundry room was coin operated. Otherwise, this hotel and its guests are taken good care of and it shows.

No hot water, bathroom light wouldnt come on, desk lamp in room wouldn't work, no phone to call to front desk. Floor was dirty needed vaccumed. Wont stay there again.

Evidently before arriving the hot water in the hotel went out. They did not disclose this at the time of reservation or checkin. I did hear upon checking out that it was out across the hotel but they were getting new water heaters. I understand stuff like this can happen but not being up front about it and still charging full price is where I take issue.

Poorly maintaine hotel - do not book
I was very disappointed with this hotel. I should have known when I saw the rug at the entry was frayed that there would be maintenance issues. Following is a brief list: the elevator didn't work, both the side door and emergency exit closest to my second floor room were broken/jammed, pool was closed for maintenance. Hotels.com was not helpful so I will not be booking through them in the future.

I booked the room through this app, however when I arrived the person working the front desk claimed there was an issue with payment. I handed her my card and thought all was fine. The next morning I noticed two separate charges to my account. One from this app for the correct amount, and another for $100.57 from the hotel. When I asked them about it they claimed they couldn’t find where I had been charged based on room number or name. Then said it was probably just a security deposit, despite the fact no one else that stayed there had the same charge. The manager refused to give her name, or look into it any further, and claimed that the charge would come off my account in a few day. The charge never came off, and I had to dispute it with my bank. I don’t know if this is some sort of scam they are running there or what. Either way I’m very dissatisfied with the location.

I was woken up by ants in the bed on the first morning of my stay. Was given some kind of bug spray which didn't work, bought some Raid and killed the ants. The pool was nasty definitely wouldn't want to swim in it. The hotel ran out of toilet paper the last day we were there. So we had to purchase our own toilet paper. Hotel was definitely ran better the last time i stayed. Definitely needs some management with knowledge about the upkeep of a hotel.

1st room had what appeared to be a puke stain on the sham. The 2nd room had hair and not sure what else on shower floor, looked as if it hadnt been cleaned. When walking on the tile some spots sounded like they were going to break and carpet was almost sticky if you walked around with out socks or footwear.

When I checked in, I was told the elevator wasn’t working and unfortunately I was on the top (3rd) floor and would have to use the stairs. Did not have any other rooms available, even though very few guests staying. The elevator did start working. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, the keurig coffee machine not working , cable tv not working-maintenance man had to come in on day off to fix. Construction on 3rd floor, noisy and had to step over tools, rolls of carpet to get to my room. Very unsafe.
