Great hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. David the manager is a great guy. Excellent location and roof bar/pool with best view over the lake. Would definitely come back.

The rooms are a little small, but the service was absolutely exceptional. Every staff we encountered was competent and professional. Rachel the supervisor went above and beyond in every way. We had lots of luggage and the bellmen were also great.
The room is a bit small and shows some wear or tear, however, it was clean and we did have everything that we need. The breakfast variety was smaller, but it was most definitely sufficient and tasty.
We had a short stay so we did not use pool or gym and cannot comment on them.
I would most definitely return if we were to visit Hà Nội again. Thank you to everyone at Le Jardin Haute Couture.

"Great hospitality, Jimmi, Sulli and Jenny are very nice, friendly, helpful and always be there when I need them. Perfect location, 5-10 minutes walk to everywhere close to the center. The hotel also arranged the tour to Ha Long Bay, exceptional experience. Breakfast is amazing, you can choose from ..."
