This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps up to eight guests and boasts a prime location—just across from the Cougar resort shuttle and three blocks from the Chile Express lift. After a day on the slopes or trails, relax in the inviting living room with seating for five, a queen sleeper sofa, wood-burning fireplace, and Smart TV with Dish service. The dining area seats four, and the fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, and direct access to a private balcony.
The main bedroom features a queen bed, mounted TV with Dish, and a massage chair. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third offers two twin beds. Bathrooms include a shower/tub combo and a separate shower stall. For convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are tucked away off the living room.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire condo, one unassigned parking space, WiFi, and charcoal grills in the courtyard. Please note the condo is accessed by a flight of stairs.
Neighborhood
Located in Mountain Pines, the condo is just 0.4 miles from the Ski Lodge (a 2-minute drive or 12-minute walk) and 2.2 miles from Angel Fire Country Club. Local restaurants, resort amenities, and outdoor adventures are all close by.
We are pet-friendly and welcome one well-behaved dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $125 per stay. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay.
Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
