Escape to a spacious three-bedroom, two-bath condo that sleeps up to ten guests, just two blocks from the Chile Express chairlift and conveniently close to the Bear shuttle stop. This ideal location puts you within easy reach of everything the area has to offer. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, a dishwasher, and a Keurig coffeemaker, making it perfect for both casual meals and coffee breaks. The dining area comfortably seats six, while the inviting living space features a queen sleeper sofa, a wood-burning stove, and a flat-screen TV for cozy nights in. For added convenience, there's a full-sized washer and dryer. The main bedroom is a retreat with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom is designed with fun in mind, offering two twin/twin bunk beds. The second full bath, also with a shower/tub combo, is located nearby.

This unit is located on the ground floor, making access easy for all guests.
NON- PET FRIENDLY

Racquet Club #120 is one of six units in the Racquet Club condo complex, all managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals. These units are within walking distance of one another and just two blocks from the ski area, providing a perfect location for your next mountain adventure.

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: King bed. Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Bedroom 3: 2 Twin/Twin Bunkbeds. Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa.
KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, Keurig Coffeemaker, Toaster
INDOOR LIVING: Wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV. Games.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Front deck.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Racquet Club #120 is a two-block walk to the Chile Express chair lift. It is 2.5 miles (6 minutes driving) from the Angel Fire Country Club and 3.5 miles (seven minutes driving) from Monte Verde Lake.
PARKING: One unassigned parking space is available.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Dogs are ONLY allowed in designated dog-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
