Yearly Ski Trip
My Husband and Daughter go on a yearly father daughter ski trip and they loved it here. Said it was super close to the slopes and very clean.

The location was perfect. Parking was difficult for 1 vehicle. The living room furniture is not comfy for chilling by the fire. The kitchen was well equipped and the upper deck was a nice space. The view was great from the upper deck and living area.

Solid unit
Good view from the balcony. It's the middle balcony on the end closest to the ski lift of the condo units. It's the two story unit. Room down bathroom/room up. Everything was great!

This place was in need of serious updates/repairs!
Got to the VRBO and there was no key in the lock box. Had to call and get the maintenance guy here to open the unit and then he had to go make a new key. The unit is up a hill and full of snow so we gunned it and got up and back down but are parking at the bottom of the hill since it’s going to snow 14 inches. The guy next door slid into a snow bank and got stuck WITH chains on his car. He used my tow rope to get out. This unit is in desperate need of repair. All appliances were from the 70's. Drawers were broken in the kitchen, the upstairs bathroom fan was broken and noisy, there were holes and stains on the furniture, an office chair was the lounge chair, towel racks barely hanging on the wall, unsafe electrical outlets, worn and weathered cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms, dirty fireplace with ashes all over and old half burned logs, extremely dirty carpet with holes in it, dirty dishwasher with sauce stains all over it, microwave dirty inside, rug in the kitchen was dirty, handle of fridge was loose AND no toilet paper in the upstairs bathroom. The only thing good about this place was how close it was to the chair lifts for skiing.

GREAT location....Needs UPDATES
Walking distance to ski lift....even in ski boots and carrying skis! Perfect location!!!! -Appliances are terribly outdated -Broken chair at table -Kitchen drawers do not open/close without using brute force -Wall outlets are shoddy and often don't work at all Significant upgrades and care needed to this condo to compare with others in the same area at the same price. Tiny bathroom upstairs even for just 2 people
