Hello Roger, thank you very much, as you called up you were asked by the staff to send your flight details through email for confirmation so we can email you back specially the phone line ecstatic and as we arranged a transportation for a guest we would send an attachment on where to meet the driver, we have waited but no email from you, we have arranged many transportation for the guest never arrived, the morning you arrived you were actually asked by the staff if you need a late check out since the guest arriving that day will be arriving late but you told the staff no for you already have a room in Kokomos Hotel, what the staff was asking you to pay is the tourism fee of 20ph which she did not insist after you refused to pay. Our rooms all have Duvet not 1 thin sheet. We understand you are dissapointed so lies and negative review are expected from you.

Hi Sir, Thank you very much for trying to stay here in Fields Walking Street Hotel, the TV is working but it so happened that some guest/ guest's visitor would press anything from the remote control that makes the TV seems not to be working, the incident was reported and we are ready to re-program it but in the morning the housekeeper asked you about it and what she understood from you is that the TV is fine we did not have the chance to checked it for the sign "DO NOT DISTURB " hangs all the time we did not want to enter the room when we see that sign, with regards the water, I did not see that you were charged for the complimentary water, you only have one minibar ticket that is when you checked out and the bill was for 2 cokes only, please I sent you a message the day you checked out informing you that the housekeeper found your shoes left behind inside the wardrobe cabinet I hope you got to read it, it is here for safekeeping and it is ready for pick up anytime.
