「The house was incredibly dirty. The towels smelled like they had not even been washed. The water was so horrible that once we turned it on we had to leave the house due to the overwhelming sulfur smell that filled the entire house. We are having to find a place to shower. I have pictures to prove just how bad the house was. 」

「This place was so filthy 1/4 inch dust on fan blade, mouse poop in silverware drawer, hair in shower, and carpet stains everywhere. The lights would flicker and the oven and microwave would fluctuate up and down due to some electrical problem. I had to go to the gas station and get a battery for the one smoke detector in the house that was dead. I think it has a serious electrical problem and may be dangerous.
