Perfect location , house was great for our family.

Perfect location , house was great for our family. Needed sheets for pull out bed but after contacting SeaBreeze they brought them few hours later. Loved hanging in the pool area

Anna Maria Island Get away

Clean and pretty

Place was clean and airy. Not as close as I thought it would be to walk to most restaurants but luckily we rented a car. Super close to the beach though so that was nice. Wasn’t expecting the “inspector” to come in the back to sort through and get rid of pool and beach toys that others left behind.luckily we were there to tell him not to throw out our things.

Great house

We really enjoyed our time here. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. It was also very convenient to have 3 bathrooms. The location was very convenient, close to so much and steps from the beach. The only things I would recommend is to replace the stained rug and add some lamps in the living room. It was so dark since there is no lighting at all. It would also be helpful to have a binder with all of the info needed like where to access the beach, the code to the beach supply garage, etc so everything was in one place and easily accessible.

Happy Place

Location and premise was great. I prefer to do my communications through the VRBO app and disappointed when I am forced to communicate directly with a property management company. This request was not accommodated. But the property is beautiful and loved everything about it.

Memorial Day

Property was great. Clean, and great location. Only issues were missing bedding, no laundry soap, and wi-fi was out. All issues resolved quickly, so 5 star from us. Things happen, so the effort to fix them sells us. They were great. FYI, the listing didn't clearly state you rent the upstairs. Lower level was rented to another family so you share the pool, etc. Not a huge deal.
