"Great property, very close to Bean Point Beach. They had everything you need. I didn't really have any interactions with the host, but didn't need to other then messaging we were arriving later in the evening- and didn't get a response, but again I was just doing what was asked. Kids loved the pool."

"Our Hosts were so helpful, they had great communication and a tour when we arrived. The cottage was immaculate and has every single thing any home would. Distance to the beach is a couple of blocks. Outdoor pool and hot tub were so relaxing after a long day at the beach.They left us recommendations and as 1st time visitors to the Island, we had awesome food and drink. We will be back!!Thank you Goose & Dan"

"Amazing location, villa was perfect for what we needed. Pool was stunning and facilities were great. Only a couple of minor niggles, beach chairs had seen better days and only 2 available, could do with a couple more and there was not a hot tub as advertised, but not a big issue, we did have an issue with flooding outside the villa, which appreciate can happen with the heavy rain but was the only area not clearing through the day on the street, did mention twice to rental company but wasn't resolved whilst we were there."

"Outstanding stay at Laura’s home on Anna Maria. First, communication with Laura was excellent from start to finish. Second, the house is just wonderful, spacious, cozy, and fantastic location with a beach in the backyard and an easy walk to shopping, restaurants and other goodies in addition to absolutely killer expansive views!! Our family and our pets enjoyed the stay thoroughly and we cannot wait to get back. Can’t say enough about how great our stay was, thank you Laura, we’ll be back soon!"

"This cozy north end of AMI beach property was perfect! It was close to Bean Point at an affordable price, which is exactly what we wanted. Beds were comfortable and the unit had all the amenities we needed for our week-long stay. We would definitely rent this property again. We have been coming to AMI for many years and have always wanted to stay at the very north end, away from the crowds. It was the perfect relaxing getaway that our family needed!"
