The Salted Coconut by Duncan Real Estate
The Salted Coconut is just a short stroll to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria! This gorgeous home is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath with a private, heated pool. There is plenty of room to host 8 guests. The ground level floor plan makes it easy to take advantage of the backyard. The pool area is very inviting with the sun on it throughout the day and provides total privacy with mature palm trees. Enter the home and get greeted by wonderful beachy decor.
This Island home offers two comfortable living areas with plenty of seating, dining area with seating for 8, stunning renovated open kitchen area. The house has wide plank flooring throughout with beautiful area rugs. There is also a full laundry room inside the house. This property also comes with a beach cart. With only 8 houses to the Park Avenue beach access the provided beach cart makes this short walk even easier. Get to know the island and explore its little side streets or take the easily accessible free Island trolley! A stop is just down the street.

After a long day at the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria freshen up with the outside shower. Hop into the 30 ft. by 15 ft. lap pool for another round of swimming. There is a wading area at one end which is great for splashing with the kids or just to unwind and cool your toes. Relax back and enjoy evening cocktails in the covered patio area with a outdoor big screen TV for watching your favorite games. Cooking fresh seafood on the grill. This is Island living and outdoor dining at its best.
The pool heat is $150.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86 F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
There are three designated parking spaces in the driveway for this property.
This property welcomes weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Please inquire for any other dates.

Well equipped rental in a great location
The property is a good rental in a great location that just needs a couple of tweaks to be perfect. The location is excellent - a block and a half from a relatively quiet part of the Anna Maria beach. It has 3 very comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is really well stocked - in addition to the usual cutlery and crockery there was an airfryer, multiple coffee machines, and even an egg cooker!
There were a couple of things that could have been improved - the grill was rusted at the base and a bit wobbly, there were a couple of pool chairs that needed updating, some of the kitchen units needed repainting/refacing, but the property team were very responsive and I am sure they will be attended to.
All in all, a good place to stay!

LOVED THIS HOME!
This home was perfect for us! The finishes and decor are high quality and very nice! The kitchen was very well stocked... the pool was amazing... we loved the location too! This is a do-over for us for sure!

Great House!
My family and I loved this house! There were 7 of us and it was big enough for all of us! We loved the pool and outdoor area. The distance to the beach was great! If we needed to get back to the house it was about a 5 minute walk. We rented a golf cart and it was well worth it to get around the island! The only thing to be aware of is that they only leave you 1 roll of TP per bathroom and 1 garbage bag. You are responsible for any additional TP/Garbage bags/paper towels, etc. And if you want to do laundry you will need to bring your own detergent. I would definitely stay here again though!

Great location and amenities
This home was perfect for 2 families with a total of 4 adults and 4 kids. It was walking distance to the beach, and just a few minute drive to local shops, grocery store, restaurants, and the liquor store. Amazing backyard oasis with a pool, covered seating with a TV, as well as plenty of pool seating!

Major Pool Problem
I am glad you asked, the unit was fine, updated, and comfortable, but we had a very frustrating experience with the pool. From your advertisement the pool, as illustrated in your website, was the deciding factor for selecting your property.
When we arrived, I immediately informed Duncan RE of our pool problem. As the agency had closed (4:00 pm and we took occupancy at 4:09 pm) the answering service took the message and said someone would contact us. Nobody did until Monday. The pool man described the condition of the pool as a “green pool” and told us that it would be unsafe swimming in it.
The agent at Duncan Realty assured us that the pool looked fine in their walk through before we took occupancy. She must have been mistaken because the pool man said they had problems with this pool earlier last week.
The pool was far from looking fine, as we spent the next 6 days and countless visits from the pool service and even a change in pool service vendor before the pool could be used. Therefore, of our seven days we had one full day of enjoying the pool.
I believe that our vacation was spoiled by this pool event and place the responsibility entirely on Duncan Real Estate for mismanaging the pool problem.
