Family Beach and fishing

The property was perfect for our family. The listing accurately represented the property. We chose this place because of the dock for a boat, private pool, and pool table. The location worked well for the whole family. It was clean, and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to all of our favorite places on the island, just off of Pine Avenue is a perfect place. It was quiet and private at the pool. Which was a nice ending to a busy day at the beach. We enjoyed family dinners and breakfast on the deck, then finished our evening challenging each other at a game of pool. We will be booking this location again.

Wonderful stay at Acquaviva

We recently spent our family vacation at this 3-bedroom haven on a canal in Anna Maria Island - it was absolutely fantastic. The closeness to the beach, just a short stroll away, made it ideal for the kids and easy for us to walk back and forth. The house itself felt like a warm and inviting beach retreat, with all the comforts and space our family needed. The well-equipped kitchen was a lifesaver for meals at "home", and the living spaces were perfect for relaxation. Mornings on the pool patio with a cup of coffee and the soothing canal views? Pure joy. What truly stood out for us was the private pool – a real highlight of our stay, providing endless entertainment and a perfect way to cool off. Being close to island dining and activities was an added bonus. This place felt like our genuine home away from home, and we're already talking about planning the next family getaway here in 2024. If you're considering a family trip to Anna Maria Island, this spot is a definite winner. Thank you!

Great home in a great location!

Our family loved the Aquaviva property! You can’t beat the location, just blocks from shopping and dining. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all utensils needed to cook. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs provided, as well as some beach games and a wagon to haul it all to the beach! The pool was clean and a great temperature. A favorite feature for our family was the dock on the lagoon. We had coffee many mornings out on the dock and one morning a manatee floated by to say hi. The only reason I am giving a 4 star review is the temperature in the unit. The thermostat is set to go no lower than 72. This was too warm for our family. Had we been able to adjust the indoor temperature to even 70 degrees, we would have been much more comfortable. Overall, we would recommend Aquaviva! It is a beautiful home in a great location!
