「The property could use better maintenance. The ceiling in the bath needed work. Also, the breakfast was not very good. The eggs did not taste right and nothing was really appetizing」

「This hotel was fine for our one-night stopover in Annapolis. Location was good with plenty of free parking. The room was spacious, although fairly basic. Beds were clean and comfortable. On the down side, the foyer of the hotel wasn't very clean when we visited. Perhaps someone had just been in with dirty shoes on but the carpet seemed a bit grubby. Breakfast was very basic. So fine for a stopover but don't expect anything fancy.」

「The staff, especially Teresa and Stephanie were extremely helpful. Teresa helped explain the pet fee issue. We stayed 6 nights and we're charged a 100 per cleaning fee as a one time charge and 70 more in pet fees. Make sure you know the total amount you will be charged for your pet. This was adjusted down for me by Teresa to an acceptable amount but was never explained when I made two phone calls prior to my stay. Furthermore, don't expect to speak to the G. Manager, Mr. Gallow. 「Great breakfast, nice pool and fire pit. We were on 1st floor. Condo was nice, but could hear a lot from condo above us. A lot of people smoking pot on property too. Pool area needs someone to go in there and clean debris around fence line and I think they should upgrade the pool towels.」
