    Parking: No on-site parking. One dedicated space is provided in a nearby garage (10-minute walk). The garage charges a one-time $5 per vehicle service fee. Please contact us for parking details.

This was the perfect spot for my wife and me and our 4 children in town for my son’s wedding. Just the right numbers of beds and well functioning bathrooms. Window air conditioners all working perfectly on a hot summer weekend. Kitchen was modern and well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Plenty of glassware and cups and plates. Just a block off Main Street was convenient and not too loud or busy. Easy walking distance to restaurants and bars and local shopping. Nothing more than 5-10 minutes away. Never even used free parking spot because lots of parking on side streets. Really the best.

Amazing and very Annapolitan!

This place was absolutely perfect for our group. We had a small bridal party weekend there and the cleanliness, location, and space were amazing. Would be back in a flash!

Family Trip to Annapolis

Amazing property

We could not have found a better house in a perfect location. Right off Main Street it was easy to walk to the Naval Academy and walk to the Navy football game. House is perfect for a family. Can’t wait to come back.

We love Annapolis, the location is great being so close to main street. Beds are comfortable, the house was clean. The original trim, floors etc were saved, the feel of an historic home is felt when enter the home. We enjoyed our stay, being able to walk to restaurants and Naval Academy was very nice.

Great house in a great location!

Roomy and comfortable house located just steps off Main Street! Plenty of room for our family. Kitchen is well appointed and all the furniture is comfortable and cozy. Good instructions for check-n /check-out, and using features at the property. Will definitely book this property again when we visit Annapolis.

Annapolis Girls Trip

We had a spouses reunion and it was an absolute blast! The home was in the perfect location, walking distance to most everything we wanted to see! Plenty of room to spread out, catch up, craft and play some dominoes! You can’t go wrong with this house and location.

Great Location

202 Duke of Gloucester is a great location. The house has everything we needed. Comfortable beds, updated kitchen, living room/dining room laid out for both seperate and group conversations. We used the patio worked well for us. I definitely world go back there again.

True to pictures and descriptions. Great location with easy walk to restaurants, shopping, city dock and naval academy. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and good showers with nice supply of towels. AC units in all bedrooms and LR.

Great home in a terrific location

Our family (six adults and two infants) had a terrific weekend in this home. It’s an easy walk to the harbor and the Naval Academy so did not need our car at all. The property manager was very responsive to a few questions that we had when we first arrived. Highly recommend this home if you are in town for a USNA event. .
