"Rooms and dining area looking a bit shabby "

"I rented this for my elderly parents and their dog. We were visiting my daughter and her family for a few days. My parents loved this cozy home. It was clean, in a quiet, safe neighborhood and came well stocked with cooking, cleaning and toiletries. The back porch was very peaceful and a nice place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. My 20 month year old grand daughter loved playing in the kid’s room and the house was kid proofed. We will stay here again!"

"Convenient location and friendly staff. Easy parking and breakfast came w stay. However, the bed (queen) was extremely uncomfortable so I was very disappointed. I regularly stay at Tru while traveling and was surprised by the lack of quality in the bed. "

"On arrival, receptionist was onnphone. I stood there 5 minutes. Upon getting her attention, she came to desk. She went on to tell me in passive aggressive, condesending behavior, that there is a bell on door and next time to use that instead of "clearing my throat"...she proceeded to tell me her name was Jaden. Furthermore, the room I felt was not in best condition. There was a hair in sink, bug on bed...Kudos for having Dish network though....would not recommend this hotel"
