It consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchenette, a mezzanine under a sloping ceiling (low ceiling height) with a beam running across 1 m from the floor (room accessible by stairs) and a bathroom. You can enjoy a garden of approximately 70 m² adjacent to that of the owner, who is present intermittently, and to the main house. Wi-Fi, cleaning, sheets, and towels are included. The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20m² living room with TV, a single sofa bed, adjustable coffee table and folding chairs under the stairs.
- An open plan kitchenette equipped with a microwave oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A mezzanine-type bedroom on the first floor with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed under the attic with a crossbeam (maximum ceiling height 1m80).
- A shower room with shower and toilet.

- An unfenced but enclosed 70 m² south-west facing garden, adjoining that of the main house and the owner's house (who is present intermittently), with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
