The apartment offers a well equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, ceramic hob, hood, Nespresso machine, electric kettle), living room with large bay window and superb views of the castle of Annecy, a sofa bed and Smart HD TV, a desk, a comfortable bedroom with large closet.

There is also a hair dryer, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are provided along with the gel and shampoo!

séjour très agréable la photo ne trompe pas, l'apprt est parfait . merci au propriétaire pour le p'tit dej a l'arrivé. pain au chocolat ,croissant et jus d'orange sympa merci l'appart est fonctionnel, il y a tout ce qu'il faut , j'ai adoré la clarté .

Very dissapointing

We stayed for one week in this apt which seemed lovely as per the images. When we got in, we started to discover several things: there is no dishwasher machine (even when it was included in the ad), the freezer door was broken, the towel hanger fell down to floor at first use, the terrace umbrella was broken (south-east orientation), we had to clean a good amount of fluffs in the bedroom.. On the second day of our stay, the wooden blind of the living room (about 3-4 metres long) fell down and closed completely. Fortunately, we were not there at that moment which could have been dangerous for us. We were in the dark for two days losing the great view and daylight until the technician showed up to repair it. They could not fix it so they left it up and we had to stay in total daylight the rest of the days of our stay. The door between the livingroom and the bedroom is a glass door so light comes from the first hour in the morning (6:45 at that time). We complained to the owner as most of our holiday week had become really unpleasant with these incidents but he was very arrogant at all time and he did not even answer our messages from that day. He even took up to a week to give our deposit back. Good luck if you choose this place to stay...

Great location, well equipped, excellent communication from the owner. Hassle free stay

The apartment is in a really central location, a five minute walk from the old town and ten minutes from the lake. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. It had everything we needed for our stay including shower gel, towels, hairdryer and a washing machine! Victor responds to any queries very quickly which is appreciated and instructions on getting to, accessing and leave the apartment were very clear. The apartment would benefit from a kettle although we managed with the hob and there is a nespresso machine which we enjoyed! The wifi is also a little slow but these are very minor points as generally the apartment is really nice and we would definitely recommend it for a stay in Annecy.

Agréable séjour

Appartement lumineux, bien décoré, agréable et bien situé par rapport au centre ville. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse pour les repas, sa vue sur la ville et les montagnes et l'ensoleillement. Un bémol : l'accès à l'immeuble est très difficile en voiture car nous devons emprunter la voie de bus.
