This charming T1 of approximately 36m² on the ground floor will allow you to reach the heart of the city center in a few minutes on foot. In a quiet residence, close to amenities and the Courier shopping center, this tastefully furnished apartment is perfect for your vacation !

Classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, you will find an equipped kitchen open to the dining area; living room side : a 120 cm convertible corner sofa, a TV; an independent sleeping area closed by a curtain with a 140 cm bed and a cupboard ; a bathroom with bathtub.

The south-facing terrace will allow you to have breakfast or enjoy the sun in complete tranquility.
You can park in the private parking space in the secure basement (No. 16). You will also have access to bicycle storage

appartement conforme aux photos et très propres, quant à l'agence ACCORD IMMOBILIER, bien reçu, mais ils devraient venir à la gare pour chercher les clients car l'agence est situé trop loin de la gare, et il faut revenir sur ses pas pour la location avec les bagages cela n'est pas facile !!! merci
