Correct pour un court séjour

Très bien situé et équipe joignable facilement par téléphone. Par contre, un peu de vétusté (robinet qui fuit, mobilier extérieur cassé, balcon dans un état plutôt moyen, TV compliquée à utiliser). Literie correct et logement propre. Vue agréable, équipement sommaire mais le nécessaire est là.

Emplacement sympathique mais...

Un emplacement parfait entouré des petits magasins de 1ère necessité, une magnifique vue et à proximité du centre ville. Par contre, 34 euros de ménage pour 14m² et réalisé approximativement, manque de vaisselle essentielle (tasse, saladier, bol, essoreuse à salade par exemple) et un petit déjeuner pas toujours livré malgré le paiement et sans demandé les besoins ou goût du client (thé, sucre...) Bref, un ressenti en demi teinte...des détails importants restent à améliorer!

Doe het niet!!

Dit is een absolute afrader. Het ontbijt werd aan de deur gehangen maar elke dag ontbrak er wel iets. Na 3 dagen vragen hoe wij koffie konden zetten van de bijgeleverde zakjes bleek dat cups waren te halen bij kantoor op 200 meter lopen. Voorlaatste dag stroomuitval. Beheerder kon het niet maken en beloofde met deskundige terug te komen en anders kregen wij een andere kamer. Heeft vervolgens niets meer laten horen. Laatste dag liep vuilwater van douche en wastafel niet meer weg. Klachten hebben wij gemeld en beloofden uiteraard terug te bellen. Ook dit is niet gebeurd.

Very great location in a small apartment with wonderful breakfast

The apartment is very tiny but has everything what you need (Except a water boiler for tea but there is a microwave ). The communication was a bit confusing. Maybe it has to do with the booking website. It was really nice to get breakfast each morning delivered to the door! What a service! Eating the breakfast on Tha balcony with the stunning view was amazing! For two nights the perfect apartment!

Désolé mais la porte du studio ne tenait par fermée si on ne l a fermée pas a clef . La tv ne marchait pas malgré la visite d un technicien et pour finir des travaux sous le studio bien entendu ils commençaient a 7h30 ..

Compact with everything you need

Communication was clear before arrival, and the flat was super clean. It had all the facilities I needed, including a coffee machine, which was perfect. The location was quiet although the fridge in the same room does hum. The shower was wonderful after a busy day, and the flat was so close to the old centre and the lake that it made life really easy. I'll definitely come back.

Logement petit mais confortable, très jolie vue et très bien situé comme promis. Le ménage peut être amélioré et il y a un début de problème d'humidité contre le lit à résoudre. Un peu cher mais globalement conforme aux attentes, parfait pour court séjours à deux ou seul.

Agréable studio malgré quelques désagréments

Ce jolie studio est fonctionnel et très bien placé dans une des rues principales d’Annecy centre-ville. Son petit balcon ainsi que sa propreté sont un plus ! Petit bémol concernant la lumière qui ne fonctionnait pas dans une partie de la salle de bain, et la poire à douche qui ne fonctionnait pas non plus (possible de se laver qu’avec la pluie en douche). Et télécommande de la télé introuvable... Je pense qu’il faudrait aussi penser à revoir les horaires de Check-in et Check-out (16h pour l’arrivée(beaucoup trop tard surtout sans service de consigne bagages !) - 10h pour le départ (trop tôt) !) Hormis ces petits détails très bon séjour dans ce studio très bien agencé ! Et bonne prise en charge avant notre arrivée !

Une vue incroyable

Appartement très bien aménagé en dépit de son petit espace. La vue est indéniablement le point fort de cette appartement mais prévoir un ventilateur plus puissant ou une clim en période de forte chaleur car c'est un peu insoutenable malgré le ventilateur mis a disposition. Sinon rien à dire.

Agréable petit appartement cosy

Petit appartement mais trés bien équipé et trés propre , totalement rénové avec beaucoup de goût ! Appartement idéalement situé en centre ville et avec une vue imprenable du lac et de son cadre montagneux ! Tout est conforme par rapport à l'annonce et bien expliqué . On reviendra !!
