Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (couple et deux ados de 13 et 18 ans) dans ce petit appartement très bien agencé, lumineux et très agréable. Terrasse ensoleillée, calme avec une vue sur le lac et la ville d'Annecy. La piscine et les terrains de tennis ont été très apprécié de nous quatre, facilité de réservation, agencement, propreté très appréciée. Commodités proches de l'appartement ( commerces de proximité et proche du centre ville). Cependant, nous avons juste une petite remarque sur la literie qui n'est pas très confortable ( lit et canapé). Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été une vraie réussite, nous recommandons cet appartement. Nous remercions les propriétaires.

Nedslidt køkkengrej og manglende rengøring

Jeg må sige at billederne snyder en del. Man ankommer i en kælder med fugtproblemer og det er en etværelses med kanap du lejer. Køkkengrejet er gammelt og mangelfuldt. Møblerne på terrassen er gammelt og en stol er i stykker. Der lå hår og støv på reol ved kanap og låger i køkkenet er fyldt med pletter og snavs. Værten var uhøflig og slet ikke imødekommende. Ejendomsmæglerbilleder var ikke som virkeligheden. Det eneste positive var sengen i stuen og udsigten. Værten glemte også at nævne at man ikke må have badedyr med i poolen eller sine egne liggestole med til at ligge på ved poolen. Der var kun nogle små plastik stole man kunne sidde ret op og ned på. Så nej vi kommer ikke igen og kan ikke anbefale det til nogen.

Superbe localisation

Excellent séjour dans la résidence. Une superbe vu sur le lac , emplacement vraiment idéal. Si vous cherchez du repos n’hésitez pas . A refaire

Très agréable séjour

Annecy est magnifique, le logement est agréable c est calme, superbe vue sur le lac, l appartement est fonctionnel et propre. Propriétaire réactif. La piscine est vraiment top.

Séjour en juillet 2020

Très bon séjour dans une copropriété où les habitants sont très avenants et vraiment charmants. Le logement est parfaitement conforme aux photos et la propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Elle reste constamment joignable.

The swimming pool is amazing!

The house has everything you might need and a massive swimming pool close to it. Probably it only misses WiFi.

Sejour de trois jours en famille

Très bel appartement situé dans une belle résidence à Annecy le vieux. Belle vue sur le lac. Très propre. Dommage, La chambre n'en est pas une, juste la place d'un lit en 140, pas plus de 10 cm de chaque coté pour circuler. A part cela rien à dire.

Beliggenheden er perfekt. Dejlgt view fra terrassen ned mod søen. Fine tennisbaner og dejlig pool.

Lejligheden er lys og venlig. Vi kunne have ønsket os lidt mere plads omkring sengen, ellers var alt til vores tilfredshed. Vi havde et dejligt ophold i Annecy le Vieux.

Residence très agréable. Très bien placée.

La résidence est très agréable et calme, vue dégagée sur le lac. La piscine chauffée est un plus. L'appartement est très lumineux et fonctionnel. Accès au lac d’Annecy en moins de 5 minutes en voiture.
