「Bad rooms. Not clean. Ac didn’t work. No lock on door (padlock) had to go back to reception. Once for room key. Once for ac. There was no top blanket on the bed. Do not stay here. 」

「Our overall experience at The Mango was quite positive. The facilities look very nice, our room was clean, staff is friendly and helpful and we had a great dinner on our last night. The only drawback was that it was noisy. When people sit in the restaurant area having a little party, it is difficult to nót be bothered by that when you have a room towards the back of the hotel. So bring your earplugs! Still a great place for backpackers.」

「Convenient location. Just close to all main attraction and restaurants, such as the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and Kandy lake. The hotel itself looks elegant and the maintenance is quite good. I especially enjoy the life that you can feel the living history of the hotel. It is also conformable to stay in the room. Good choice or stay here of you visit Kandy.」

「我們來自台灣，這家飯店房間很大，浴室乾濕分離，而且有暖氣，服務人員很友善，房間面湖景，非常棒，真的很喜歡這家飯店，是我們在斯里蘭卡旅遊入住第六晚最喜歡的一家飯店！！」

「带有司机房，酒店在半山腰，远离市区，酒店自助餐比较好吃，房间很干净，酒店工作人员热情、专业，唯一不足就是vifi不太好用。」

「最值得称道的地方就是亲近自然。座落在风景优美的茶山上，客房被茶田环绕，景观自然出众。 早餐虽然简单，典型的英式早餐，但是坐在殖民地风格的餐厅里，看着优美的风景，自然觉得一切都值得，而且值得多住几天，细细品味。 与餐厅的优雅装饰相反，房间呈帐篷样，有些简陋朴实。因为雨夜入住，平生第一次遭蚂蟥咬，受了一点惊吓。于是非常仔细地检查每一角落，消灭发现的每一个小虫，这或许就是入住生态旅馆的必然代价。 最有问题的是，离Nuwara Eliya极远。网上标注只有10多公里，那是空中直线距离。实际要开30多公里的山路，要花一个多小时。所以，如果不是要多住几天特别享受茶园风光，建议不要去住。」

「Overall the hotel itself is excellent, the staff, the facilities and the food.....an excellent hotel. The only negative does not relate to the hotel itself maybe more about the city of Kandy, its very nosey and busy, we were hounded by local traders and drivers all day which compared to other parts of the country we would not have the same experienceits 」
