「I read that there was no elevator, but your room is on the third floor because the family lives on the lower floors. They were helpful with luggage, but we still lifted our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. The property is located on a one-way street. So, many taxis and Ubers have a difficult time because it takes an extra 5 to 10 minutes to pick you up.」

「The apartment is well decorated with adequate space for dining, seating and kitchen facilities. The location is in the prime tourist area but it was surprisingly very quiet. Restaurants, bakeries, grocers are all nearby and extremely convenient to get to. It’s walkable to the Old Fortress and even to the ferry terminal. Highly recommended.」

「Pre checkin comms with remote owner was good.
We arrived at the exact check in time (3pm), cleaning crew still there. Awkward. We waited 30 minutes for them to finish. Remote owner apologised and said the previous customers had left the place in a state so extra time was needed.
Tried the shower, shower head was damaged and spurting water out of the side. Messaged owner, a maintenance guy arrived and removed it. Didn’t see him again. We were left with a pipe jutting from the ceiling.

Einziger Minuspunkt: Menschen, die größer als 1.93m sind, können nicht vernünftig stehend duschen.
