「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. 「This is a 250 year-old plantation with updated cottages spread throughout over the property. If you like a natural and lush environment, you will be VERY happy here. Proximity to the sites of St. Lucia are perfect, considering most of them are in the Soufriere area. This is just south of town in the edge of the rainforest. 「If you want water AVOID THIS PROPERTY! We were there 8 days, 4 of which there was no water for several hours. Apparently this is very common, the housekeeping lady asked if we wanted buckets of water to fill the toilet. Even when the water was "fixed" it was the slowest trickle. The toilet took 15 minutes to fill after flushing and the shower was a total joke, our relatives in the next room couldn't even wash their hair. The outside shower never worked and the rooms are band aided together....
