“For 340 a night in Hot Springs Arkansas (not a large city) I expected at least a continental breakfast to be available. Staff and hotel were excellent otherwise. ”

“Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff initially seemed helpful. After we unpacked and showered, we realized the TV in our room wasn’t working. Someone came to try to fix it but couldn’t, and since we had already settled in, he offered a $25 courtesy discount instead of moving rooms. The next morning we were woken up by the front desk asking to come check the TV, which was frustrating. We were also never told the continental breakfast hours, so by the time we went down it had already ended……

“The front desk guy was extremely efficient and helpfull. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was weird but ok. Its loud at night. Flushing toilets can be heard from different rooms, the heater clicks while its on and for some time after turning off. The fire alarm went off for about 10 seconds at 2:08 a.m.”

“Place is nice, but it wasn’t super clean. Cutlery wasn’t clean and the kitchen felt like they didn’t expect people to use it. Hobs didn’t work properly. Most importantly, we couldn’t get the internet to work. They tried different options and were accommodating but in the end we just gave up. ”

“We lived on the first floor. At around 8 o'clock in the evening, the corridor was very noisy. It might be the guests staying there. It lasted for a while and then became quiet. Everything else is fine”

“For an establishment that calls itself a resort it was horrible. We showed up earlier than check in time to verify the reservation and when we showed up to check in we had to wait 20 minutes. They should have had our room ready. Additionally there were zero amenities in the room. Nothing in the bathroom for showering, and not even an ice bucket. No refrigerator, no microwave, and the hallway on the 3rd floor leaked as it rained. I would advise people to avoid this place and book elsewhere.……
