「I’ve been catfished once in Nice so I was very skeptical bc listing was new. However I was pleasantly surprised on every level. New Constuction with old world bones with an emphasis on design and comfort. Everything is new and modern, beds super comfy, quiet to outside noise and owner /Host has sense of pride. Steam, W/D, cloth steamer and the location is best in the old town right by the market . Few flights of steps for those who may be older. Deborah was a very willing and accommodating host....

「Gloria, the host, was very friendly and helpful. She waited for us to hand over the keys and showing the apartment. The apartment was very nice with a large balcony. Everything was there such as kitchen aids, hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo, wifi, tv, air-conditioning, even parasols and sun mats. 10-15 minute walk to the closest beach and 10 minutes to the old city and 5 to 10 minutes to the train station. The view was great. We had a wonderful stay!」

"The problems are as follows: (1) There is air conditioning in the living room, but not in the bedroom; (2) When I asked the front desk for a fan to relieve the stuffiness, the man rudely replied, "That's how it is, we can't provide a fan." I spoke with his manager, who replied that she would arrange for a fan to be delivered to my room the next day; (3) Only one roll of toilet paper is provided, and an extra roll costs 1 euro. Is this reasonable? (4) the parking lot entrance is super narrow for a normal SUV; it takes about 30 min for my SUV to get through the parking lot. I have already blacklisted this hotel and notified all my friends !!!"
