「Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,während unseres Aufenthalts wurde im gleichen Gebäude an anderen Apartments renoviert. Es war unglaublich laut – tagsüber durch Bauarbeiten im Haus und nachts, leider, durch Straßenarbeiten (neue Markierungen wurden gezogen – dafür können Sie natürlich nichts).Wir hatten nur ein paar Tage zur Erholung, doch durch den ständigen Lärm war dies unmöglich. Wir kamen nach Hause gestresster als vor der Reise.Daher möchte ich mein Geld zurückfordern.Ansonsten war die...
