The pictures convey a completely different impression of the apartment. The kitchen is basically equipped and quite old; some of the cabinet doors are hanging crooked. The bathroom has no shower fixture. The view from the balcony overlooks a full-on construction site with puddles and noise. The room itself was probably nice once but urgently needs renovation — there are cracks everywhere in the floor and walls. Based on the photos, we expected much more. The only positive thing was the location.

Comfortable in convenient location

We were in close proximity to buses and train station. Patisserie right opposite and supermarkets a very sort walk. Restaurants all around, very close to the sea. There was a sea view from our balcony but unfortunately the view also included ugly vacant and old highrise buildings. The bed was comfortable. Kitchenette was adequate even though microwave was in a high cupboard with no power point so we had to bring it down out of the cupboard to plug it in. I was under the impression that our apartment had a clothes dryer but no. There was a laundry on-site which cost 10 euro per load to use washer and dryer. The decor was ordinary . Could do with a makeover, new cushions, bed linen and curtains. Overall the accommodation was good value for money.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,während unseres Aufenthalts wurde im gleichen Gebäude an anderen Apartments renoviert. Es war unglaublich laut – tagsüber durch Bauarbeiten im Haus und nachts, leider, durch Straßenarbeiten (neue Markierungen wurden gezogen – dafür können Sie natürlich nichts).Wir hatten nur ein paar Tage zur Erholung, doch durch den ständigen Lärm war dies unmöglich. Wir kamen nach Hause gestresster als vor der Reise.Daher möchte ich mein Geld zurückfordern.Ansonsten war die Wohnung an sich in Ordnung, auch der Ausblick war schön.Die Küche war jedoch sehr spärlich ausgestattet – es gab nur zwei Teller, zwei Gläser und zwei Tassen, obwohl eine Spülmaschine vorhanden war. Außerdem fehlten grundlegende Küchenutensilien, und ein Fön war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden.Mit freundlichen GrüßenN. Spring
