“Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). No replace the bottle of waters.

“On arrival there was a problem with my room but the girl on front desk quickly changed my room to one that was perfectly acceptable.
The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was very good and the view from the balcony was lovely.
The breakfast buffet and choices were fantastic with lots of healthy options and the quality was excellent.”

“Magnificent setting, intriguing Scott Fitzgerald provenance, very amenable staff and good service.
A possible minus for some guests might be that the hotel is really only accessible by taxi from Nice airport in practical terms.”
