“The quilt is dirty, the room smells bad, the faucet in the bathroom is broken, and most importantly, my car is parked in the parking lot, and someone deliberately scratched my car! The accommodation experience is really bad.”

“The front desk was just doing her job, not so friendly to me. The corridor of 2nd floor is replacing the wall paper, not bother me but just feel odds. The room is clean and the breakfast is good, but no so many guests, I think is because of the location of this hotel.”

“The evening front desk clerk was overwhelmed and we waited a bit to check-in because of the line. The rooms were very nice, clean and appeared to be updated. However, only one elevator was working at the time. Someone must have spilled something inside it as it smelled like rotten food. The breakfast is so-so, not worth the fee charged.”

“Room was fairly clean but hallways had trash bags on the floor and smelled like multiple types of stale food. Walls of elevator were dirty. When I came back to the property from an errand there were six police cars around the front of the building. Very sketchy! Apparently there was a domestic violence event! Not something you want to see when yo are a lone female!”
