「Large, well appointed casita; great location, nice outside patio, good off street parking.The Host was excellent. Great communication, very attentive, one of the best hosts I have had on any trip.I highly recommend this property and host. 」

「The cottage is clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the quiet yet convenient location. The delicious citrus and eggs were a treat. Our grandkids enjoyed meeting the chickens.」

「Very cute little house! It was perfect for just me, though it would be good for a couple or even three people too. It had everything you needed from a full kitchen to a laundry room to a covered car park. The owner was very communicative and nice, the WIFI was great, and it had extra soap, towels, laundry items, AND feminine products which isn't something I see too often, so nice touch. It was very convenient in the middle of Mesa and close to pretty much everywhere with some good places to eat...

「The property is beautiful. The entire stay was very peaceful and quiet. Neighbors are all friendly. My family and I enjoyed the pool table and cornhole game. Communication was excellent! Would definitely stay again for a next Tempe, Arizona trip.」

「The property itself is a great location and very clean. Close to restaurants and grocery. When we arrived the property smelled horribly of marijuana. Carpets do need cleaned. 」

「overall, it was an okay place to stay, a little deceiving as the golf course is older and run down as is the home is older but quiet. Did not like that we had to contact the host to come clean the pool as it should have been done before we got there but they were there immediately after being contacted. I wouldn't stay again, and I wouldn't say it was one of my favorite places to stay but it wasn't one of the worst either it was just okay. It looked alot nicer in the pictures.」
