We really enjoyed staying at the Coombs properties! The rooms were exceptionally clean. The bed was fantastic. Rebecca was a very gracious host. Remedied a situation immediately. She gave us several recommendations for dinner and spending the afternoon. Breakfast was very good. The antique furniture in the common areas and the bedrooms were so cool to see. We loved it and will spend time there again.

Very comfy bed, nice blackout curtains, tiny bathroom, nice large bedroom, great shower, respectable breakfast, kind staff & guests. Parking was gravel so I parked my motorcycle next door under a streetlight on asphalt. Overall pleasant staff.

The property is not well maintained. It really needs a lick of paint and a good clean. The lady who looked after us was very helpful and kind, but the property is quite run down and needs a bit of work. Flaking paint and dirt on the internal doors to name a few areas. Also, be aware, the property is on the main road through Apalachicola and so there’s loud traffic noise throughout the night.
