Housed in a Historic 1900's charmer, this 1-bedroom has a lot to offer, including: kitchen, wifi, open living, King Bed & balcony to people watch. The spacious layout comfortably accommodates 4(sofa bed) and you are sure to love the exposed brick throughout and the cathedral ceilings. Our prime location is just above the Visitor Center! Sit outside on our balcony and Enjoy your morning coffee and for good people watching. Are you coming to fish, visit the beaches or just hang out? This is the best location & will not disappoint. Be our Guest!

Great location & amenities
My wife and I stayed 2 nights. Location is central to everything in Apalachicola. Street parking but no issues getting a spot right in front of entry door. Very clean suite with spacious balcony. Room was very quiet but we didn't have any neighbors at the time. The front entry stairs are pretty steep and narrow so hopefully you won't have any heavy suitcases to haul. Great experience overall.
