Loved it!

Property is lovely and had really good social spaces. The area is great and not touristy which we loved. Great restaurants in Vámos and Kefalas.

Amazing

Thank you Ilia & Marianna, we’ve had a fantastic time. The Villa, garden & surroundings were perfect. Amazing views of the mountains and so quiet (except the odd cockerel :-)). This place is a real gem and wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you again for an amazing stay.

Beautiful villa

We had the most amazing time at Villa Eleonas. Lovely location, really private and felt very secure. The house was so well equipped we didnt need anything! Communication with the owner was super quick and amazingly helpful. Would definitely stay again, thank you for such a lovely holiday! Xx

Lovely Villa and pool, peaceful location

A lovely property with a cottage like feel to it, everything you could need is provided including plenty of food for breakfast which was very welcome as we didn't arrive until 3am. The outside area is what really makes this property so beautiful, the views are stunning from every side, the pool is a really good size and immaculately clean as was everywhere inside and out. We made good use of the BBQ and surrounding outside areas and enjoyed many evenings around the pool or walking (about 30 mins) to the local tavernas. Marianna was very helpful and always available throughout our stay and provided suggestions for places to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

Petit paradis en crete

Située dans une belle région, la maison est propre et bien équipée et bien entretenue. Elle est facile d’accès ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas en Crète. La piscine est très agréable, le barbecue en pierre est fort pratique. Les hôtes sont toujours disponibles et donnent des bonnes adresses. Le ménage entre les deux semaines est un plus, c’est une prestation que peu d’hôtes offrent. De plus la piscine est régulièrement entretenue. J’ai rarement vu un tel niveau de prestation.

Magnifique maison en pleine nature proche de belles criques où faire du snorkelling ! Les propriétaires sont disponibles, réactifs et très très gentils ! Comme tous les grecs de la région d'ailleurs !!! La piscine est très belle et propre. Bref, je vous le conseille, nous avons passé un super séjour !

Woche im Westen von Kreta

Das Haus liegt leicht erhöht auf einer Bergkuppe mit Blick auf die Berge. Nachdem wir den richtigen Weg gefunden hatten, haben wir nur noch 15 min runter bzw hoch gebraucht. Das Haus selber ist toll auch der Pool ist klasse. Es ist sehr ruhig. Leider gibt es fußläufig nicht viel zu sehen, aber insgesamt eine gute Ausgangsbasis um den Westen Kretas mit dem Auto zu erkunden.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang. Es standen Getränke, Obst und Brot bereit für den ersten Tag. Marianna ist immer erreichbar gewesen und hat sofort Tipps und Hilfe bereit gehabt. Alles Top

Alles war toll: Aussicht, Pool, Schmetterlinge im Blumengarten. Die dicken Steinwände lassen die Hitze draußen. Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme un entspannte Urlaubszeit. Unsere beiden Kindern haben den Pool genossen. Die Aussicht ist herrlich. Das Haus ist mit allen ausgestattet: Waschmittel, Shampoo, Duschgel, Servietten. Uns hat ein riesen Obstkorb, eine Flasche Wein und lokales Gebäck erwartet. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Elenora sehr genossen, Marianna war sehr freundlich, in der Villa standen sogar schon Mineralwasser, Gebäck und Olivenöl zur Verfügung.

Very nice!

A very nice house with a great pool and everything you need starting from towels, through kitchen equipment. Everything is according to the description and late/ early check- in/out is possible. The host is very friendly and always reachable, if something happens, she’s there to support you. In the area there are many traditional taverna’s and local shops. It’s a perfect location to escape the beaten path and just focus on your family, friends and enjoy the quiet.

Rundherum sehr zufrieden und Erwartungen übertroffen…

Wir könnten sehr viele Details aufzählen, die wir allesamt als sehr positiv bewerten können. Wir sind absolut konstruktiv kritische Menschen und würden definitiv auch Verbesserungspotential oder Defizite benennen. Bei diesem Urlaub und speziell dieser Unterkunft gibt es nichts zu meckern - im Gegenteil, es wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, die Ausstattung war üppiger als beschrieben, alles hat wunderbar funktioniert, das Haus ist so liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet - wie wir es selbst auch bei Eigentum machen würden. Nichts „zusammen geschustert“ und authentisch. Obendrein haben wir uns mit der Eigentümerfamilie sehr gut angefreundet und falls nur eine Kleinigkeit gefehlt hat, wurde sich direkt sehr liebevoll gekümmert. Von daher - 100% Weiterempfehlung!!

Hervorragend geeignet für Paare die wirklich Ruhe und Erholung suchen, liebevoll eingerichtete Villa mit schöner und gepflegter Aussenanlage inkl. Pool, mit tollem Service (alle 3-4 Tage saubergemacht, frische Wäsche und Handtücher) in wunderschöner Umgebung, ideal für viele Unternehmungen auf Kreta, Kommunikation mit Vermieterin problemlos (z.B. Whatsapp), wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen

Das Haus ist praktisch hat aber im Wohnbereich keine Gemütlichkeit. Leider stand nicht in der Beschreibung das der Pool erst ab 13 Uhr (großer Baum) und bis ca. 18 Uhr Sonne hat. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt ok.

Wonderful

We stayed in the Villa for two weeks. It is a very nice place with great view of the White mountains, and quiet except for the constant sound of the cicadas. The house has generous space and a nice interior. The pool area is well layed out with sufficient furniture and shade almost all day. In particular, a giant olive tree gives shade on the pool up to early afternoon, which allows bathing without worrying about sunburns. The hosts were very helpful for all our requests, which were answered over WhatsApp rather quickly. All in all, we had a perfect holiday, and would book the house again!

Fantastischer Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, absolut sauber, sehr nette Vermieter. Das einzige was etwas problematisch war, dass es etwas abgelegen war. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Alles in allem war es ein sehr gelubgener Urlaub in einer fantastischen Unterkunft.

Fabulous holiday

Lovely traditional stone cottage with fabulous views of the white mountains. The bells on the sheep under the nearby olives groves provide a wonderful gentle soundtrack and reminder of the rural Cretan life of which you are part. The cottage has an upstairs terrace to enjoy the clear night skies and 2 downstairs terraces so you can enjoy being outdoors and in shade. The pool is a good size, crystal clear and well maintained. The wi fi was strong and consistent. There's both a dishwasher and washing machine. The property is about equidistant between Chania and rethymno -circa 45 mins each so both are accessible. Almyrida, a typical Greek seaside town, is about 10 mins down hill with lots of restaurants onto the beach and seaside shops. Kalyves in the next bay along provides more of the same. There are several lovely traditional Cretan villages within walking distance with great tavernas and small supermarkets. Check out Vrysses for somewhere a little less touristy. Marianna is a wonderful host. Nothing is too much trouble. We arrived to find sufficient provisions to keep us going for at least 24 hours which was an unexpected treat. When I injured my ankle she responded immediately with advice and offers to assist. We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend wholeheartedly

We had a wonderful time in Chania. We enjoyed the place very much. The house is equipped with all you need. We recommend a car to drive around. Our host Marianna gave us lots of recommendations for trips and the nearest and nicest beaches, supermarkets and sights. We would love to come back. Stay healthy! ευχαριστώ!

Schöne, ruhige Lage, sauberes und geräumiges Haus

Wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort, konnte es aber sehr geniessen. Volle Austattung mit diversen Früchten, Öl und vieles mehr, sauber. Ideal zum kurz ausspannen.
