“Best hotel we have been to in a while. Clean, we'll taken care of. Basic furnishings but modern. Id be happy if all of my hotels were the same.”

“Rooms are clean Staff is helpful and pleasant There is ample space to hang out in the lobby or play cards at the eating area Its a very large main area The area is safe Lots of food areas and close to 75 to get moving in the morning”

“The room was clean as expected, bed was comfortable so were the pillows , what needs to be improved the bath tub faucet leaking water , the bath room was very dark needs more lights , The room it self could be a bit brighter hard to see when packing or unpacking. “When I checked in, the person checking me in was too busy talking to someone on their ear pods that the only thing she said to me was asking for my ID. My card key would not work and had to go back twice and she finally activated another card and walked with me to the door to make sure it worked. The room I found out later had small flies and spiders in it. I didn’t realize it until the next day because I was so tired fr driving. I had a funeral to go to was the only reason I didn’t check……

“Staff was friendly. But had to get another hotel room at Baymont because of cockroaches.”

“I’ve given this location 3 chances because of the price and location of where I needed to be. The only staff member to ever smile was a maintenance man. All three check-ins I had three different people, none of them friendly at all nor smiled or offered any sort of help even when asked. Towels/washcloths are dingy/brown, cleanliness a 2, hairs and smears of who knows what in sink and headboard of bed, floors leave your feet/socks filthy, asked front desk for extra pillows and she said she didn’t……

“Was the bad experience I had and we stayed two hours we left in the middle of the night lotta bugs and the smell of the room lotta mold shame we spend that money there. I believe we have to. They have to give us our money back.”

“I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The room was extremely disappointing. There were spider webs all over the ceiling, making it obvious that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. The baseboards throughout the entire room were covered in dirt and dust, which only added to the feeling that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, so taking a shower was not an option. The bed sheets……

“This location was delightful! We arrived late and the pool was still open so the kids could get their road trip energy out. There were delicious cookies, the staff were ALL so kind and friendly, and the view over the lake was exceptional. Great stay, delicious breakfast, and 25 hr coffee. Happy parents, happy kids.”

“Every thing was wonderful! Jennifer R. Was awesome at check in so sweet and helpful! I was traveling with my 87 year old mom and Jennifer showed me where the coffee was for my mom and was so accommodating!! It was a great experience!!”
